Bourbon shines through, mixed juices linger. Excellent libation (no longer on the their drink menu) from the best bar in Oahu! Comes in at 23% ABV.
MIXING NOTES: Use any bourbon, high proof works well. Use a flavorful grenadine, Liber for one example. Fresh juices taste best.

1½ Knob Creek 9YO bourbon (KY 100 proof)
½ lime juice (fresh)
½ orange juice (fresh)
½ fresh pressed pineapple juice
¼ demerara syrup 1:1
½tsp grenadine (handcrafted)
1dsh Angostura bitters
Shake cracked ice, strain into Nick & Nora glass, ice shard, speared Luxardo cherry, orchid

I haven't tried their rye, but the 9YO does the trick at 100 proof.
