I think I saw an update, where they did get him help in a facility. Mandy visited and he was doing better.

You don't know anything about what you're "sick" to. You're watching a reality TV show where they exaggerate and fabricate a lot of things to make a more interesting story. Their only business with Fred is to get a story out of him. His daughter obviously doesnt care about him as much as she says. She only ever visited him with a camera crew. She never was there without them. She also tried to get him to sign a bunch of papers without telling him what these papers do.

@denisepace3229 y'all send death threats like you think this stuff is true. This is reality TV. But we're real people. They exaggerate and make sad stories to get more loyal audiences. If you watch the episode with an unbiased viewpoint and a critical eye, you would notice many inconsistencies.
One thing you can take note of. What is their intention with Fred? What are they "helping" him with? They say he's not being taken care of, as if shain is his caretaker. Shain was his friend. He was only visiting him and helping him with whatever he needed. I went with him a few times, and I saw what he'd do for Fred. He'd fix things, like his fences, his ac, he'd clean for him, cook for him. One day, Fred's daughter comes back with a camera crew trying to get a new story out of him. She got 10k to make a story out of her father and never came back.
She was not trying to help him.
