The chili looks nice. I been just trying to be mindful. I been trying to lose weight since childhood. Finally lost 59 pounds. Trying to get to 70 pounds. Cleaning up my diet and trying not to over eat. I also try to use the law of attraction.
Hi Mrs. Duncan!! I like to call myself a “flexitarian”, I still eat meat , mostly seafood a little chicken & rarely beef & pork. Eating vegan meals really help me eat more fruits & vegetables thats why I like to incorporate it in my diet. You’re making an amazing decision deciding to cut back! Thanks... A suggestion, I think u need more prot, also u are eating pretty low cals, for what u want to do...u will slow ur metabolisms if u cut that cals...just saying, it is ur live! Love u, good content ♥️🌌

So, do you just basically eat two meals a day? I have gotten so I actually do. I usually have a good breakfast, late lunch, and skip eating anything in the evening.
