Driving while Black 3of3 - under constant suspicion

In the USA (but of course not only there) people with a darker skin tone are confronted with the fact that they are often automatically under suspicion and treated like criminals even during otherwise routine stops or investigations by the police.
Some police officials have become aware of this problem of discriminate scrutiny and treatment so in some places committees have been set up to ease the tensions and change perceptions.
