    I just discovered your channel and I especially love how honest you felt through this challenge and I can totally relate to feeling discouraged in the beginning bc something like your form not seeming perfect yet or not being able to consistently keep up to the videos in real time. This definitely motivated me to start working out again.

    I can definitely see that your waist is smaller! You did a great job 😊 I'm currently 3 days into this challenge and looking for motivation. My first attempt to do this on my channel is embarrassing but I'm really excited to see what happens after the 2 weeks. Are you going to continue doing the workouts?

    Honestly this video made me feel inspired to exercise, or at least move around a bit more from now on. I have the habit as you where I've been snacking a lot lately x.x
    But I'm so proud of you fam!! Especially for getting mentally stronger

    Wonderful video! It made me think about how exercise is maintenance for our bodies and it must be done regardless if it’s gruesome or challenging.

    I have tried multiple times to go through with this challenge and i have failed so many times to get past day 2/3 but today is the 5th day of the first week i've done it! i am mainly inspired by trying to lose the covid weight i have gained :(. Something i realized that helped push me past the second day is that i WILL eventually get better and that i can take as many breaks as necessary and try again. I'm very proud of myself for getting this far, but i came to this video to see if eating badly and doing this challenge was effective (as i am not prepared to make a diet change yet) and u have proven that it has!!!

    Also im on day 5 of the challenge, i cant wait to see more results, I am definitely proud of the small successes I have made so far, I plan to do the challenge more than once throughout the year with good breaks in between ofc! 💜💜💜

    OMG I got a burn on my elbow to it hurt really bad but then I just put blankets over my fitness not to put like some thing soft over it or something started using like healing lotion so yeah
