Cellulite is not an indication of health or even body fat percentage! The reason why women will always have it is simple: right under our skin is a crisscrossing web of fibrous connective tissue and because females tend to have softer and thinner skin than males you can see the underlying structure. There is no "cure" because it's completely normal. Things like dry brushing, massage and topical treatments can help reduce the visibility because they increase circulation to the area and "plump" the skin so it doesn't sink as much into the grooves. For my job I see naked bodies every day and even the fittest and skinniest of my clients have visible cellulite. Hope this helps anyone who's discouraged be a little bit more kind to themselves.

The human body isn't meant to look like a Greek statue. It stretches, moves and sags. People are way too hard on themselves. Developing Fibromyalgia really put things in perspective for me. It's only those basic apes that operate in " monkey see - monkey want - monkey do " manner that get deceived by such agenda, and those who do not doubt things they see on TV / internet.

Thank you for posting this..I’ve recently started using your videos as a part of my plan to lose the 20lbs I’ve gained in the last few years. I find them so easy to follow and the body parts I’m supposed to be working actually hurt the next day so I know it’s working! Lol. This kind of honesty makes me feel more accepting of those times I look in the mirror and don’t see what I want to. Perfect isn’t the goal, fit and healthy is. Thanks for the reminder. ❤️

I started working out to your 30 minute full body work out video and lost 3 lbs in 3 weeks. I've been doing 25 minutes of the work out because I'm too heavy to complete all of the exercises. I like the timed exercises for starting out because it does not pressure me into hitting numerical goal that I may not be able to obtain, I can go at my own pace and improve on the form. I've been doing this 3 times a week. Every time I get better and better with my form for the exercises I do do. It gets easier every time. I went from doing all half push-ups to some knee full push-ups mixed in with the half push ups to push myself. In just 3 weeks I already see a difference in my upper body strength, my core strength and my leg strength. I feel a bounce in my step now. I am glad you posted this reality because I feel if I hadn't seen this I would have been discouraged from continuing working out seeing something natural like this on myself. Thank you for helping start my journey for a healthier life.
