@@dorientjewoller113 Yeah I totally get it. I was saying that 'cause, back in the days I used to have Antec PSUs and they weren't that great (real trash tbh).
$70? Wow, I actually like the concept of intake on the PSU Shroud! I actually always used a bottom intake fan on most of my builds for extra air flow in a case such as the Corsair 200R, Corsair 780T, Lian Li PC08WX (with some modification), and of course the Lian Li 011XL. It’s great Antec has finally done something even with having a PSU Shroud, and even having extra ventilation on the back panel just like what Lian Li did with all of their 011 versions.
Wow... Just got here when looking for a review of this case and tbh what a great experience watching this guy's video. Great angles, great close ups, chilled music and very well explained. Instant subscribe. Keep it that way dude!
It really doesn't matter if the case is cheap or expensive, this channel manages to find a way to make a beautiful builts in any case. This is my favourite channel now. Love the vids keep em coming. #RoadTo100k
this case came with my pre-build and i didnt kno what it was lol. a friend helped me find out the brand and this video was more helpful than the website. my biggest issue was getting the front panel off to clean, mine is disgusting after 1.5 years of gaming lol. you rock.
If I needed a new case, this is the path I'd take for all dat air flow bro, even though the fans don't match, they were done tastefully, I personally don't care what specific parts are used because its not mine to use, I'll care about parts when DDR5 and PCIE GEN4 graphics cards are the new norm. Keep up the good stuff GS.
I love it! No matter what case I look up, weird cases, expensive cases, budget cases, everything, Gear Seekers already has a video on it!! Keep it up man, love the vids!
I just bought this case while upgrading from Ryzen 5 1600 to a Ryzen 7 7000 series. I really like this case, I had a NZXT phantom....thing was just a boat.
I love this case, the issue I heard was the lack of PWM controller has made it so the front 3 fans run at max speed with no way to control those fans, making the cool hub they included a bit useless, at least in terms of speed control. Which means you would need to connect to the mobo, which is not realistic with 5 fans, plus the 3-4 more most of us air flow buffs are going to want to install. Therefore, the only thing you can do, is buy two new controller hubs, and with that, plus adding another 4 fans, we are looking at another $150-200. Now forgive me, they might have fixed this, and maybe there are things I am not aware of, but I have been running into this issue left and right, I build custom computers for universities at the moment. So that $70 is going to run more like $250 (from what I was told) to have the complete package.
Until now i thought the Corsair 220T Airflow was one of the best Cases for around 90€. But Antec Dropping this Case with so many pre-installed fans is just bonkers. And it costs even less. The only thing bothering me is that it seems pretty big. Looks like 50L which is a bit too big since I like compact cases.
NVidia beginning Ampere release at the end of the month (with the higher end cards like the 3080,3090) and the lower end cards will release up to Black Friday
You should make an icue lighting guide to do cool effects like you did with the front case fans! I've never seen anyone do stuff like that with icue before!
That reverse fan will confused a lot of youtube that roasting other people build! LOL Also, the temp is better than Lian-Li Lancool II Mesh? Or is it because you use 2080Ti in that vid? 🤔
I don't understand one thing: first you say that the way factory does the fans is fine because they are reversible and they you change the fan at the left so we see the logo? So which is the right way???
Great build resulting is a really cool look. What are the M/B power extension cables and same for the GPU? They look awesome rather than stock black from the power supply. Cheers,.
Hey GS team, question about the Katana RGB ram. Does it appear to have dimmer lighting compared to other RGB ram kits such as the G.Skill Trident Z/Neo RGB series? I only ask because in the Antec RUclips video they look like they are literally being out shined by surrounding RGB components in some shots. Also, GG on 100K subs! You guys continue to inspire my future household builds with all of the content that you've been producing.
I am planning to build almost the same build, b550 Rog Strix F Wifi motherboard and this Cabinet. It'll be my First time PC Build. Can you please make a video how should I Connect the front IO panel to the motherboard ? Please make an in depth video for that. 🙏🙏🙏
Great production quality Nick. I noticed in the DP502 Flux video that followed this, you mentioned the fan "hub" is actually a fan controller too (plugs to 4pin mobo PWM fan header?). Is that the same with this DF600 Flux? Or is it a different fan hub that doesn't support any external mobo fan speed control input?
I'll try building in this case too, seems interesting! Completely unrelated comment, I watch always in 1.25x speed+ and the intro music sound so much better with 1.25x speed
What's the quality of the steel like? Is it real thin with much flex? For the price I'm thinking so....like the Phanteks P400a - really thin, flexible steel which feels cheap (I get it the price is cheap).
Did you connect the built in RGB hub to the controller that comes with the PRISM fans? I can not control the light on the front RBG fans when plugging the built in hub to my MSI mobo. I have tried unplugging the LED switch from the hub, and also plugging it into the reset button. No three options work for me.
Man I really need your help. I'm trying to connect the bottom fans to the case but I can't find the right screws. Can you tell me which screws did you use please.
Hello, may I know how did you achieve the yellow purple lighting effects? any software you used or controller? it seems i cant see it on default lighting effect on my prizm please reply
Hey man, I don't know if you will see this comment but I have this case but my aRGB fans that come with it won't light up. The fans spin and all but I don't know why they don't turn on aRGB.
Sometimes rgb makes me >:( but this is a really good profile. All white light is pretty cool too, but this is nice. I love the build but I prefer tiny cases 😔
I'm a little lost. I connected the PWM Connection onto my Asus Z170-E "CHA_FAN1." When I use Asus Xpert 3, I'm able to control the 3 front fan speeds. Where do I connect the ARGB Connection? I don't think my motherboard has a connection for it. No way I can control the LED colours with a software? I'm probably stuck with just pressing the LED button on the case?
Hey, I Am planning to get one of these cases for my first ever pc build, Antec DF600 Flux vs Antec nx800, with regards to thermals and cable management which one would be the best, please any honest reviews are most welcome!
Hey gearseeker, i just bought this cabinet seeing this review and now i can't figure out how we can connet the controller to the motherboard. Stuck with the default controller presets. How do we connect it to the mobo sync? I have an asus ex a320m gaming mobo and it has an RGB port. Please reply soon. Love from india
You are making nice videos brother, always happy. I have a doubt please help me, If i am running AMD Ryzen 7 2700x at its base clock, and suppose i am not overclocking it, then will the stock cooler (wraith prism) be used as a cooler...
I like those new cases from Antec, seems like they wanna become a brand known for quality stuff.
@@dorientjewoller113 Yeah I totally get it. I was saying that 'cause, back in the days I used to have Antec PSUs and they weren't that great (real trash tbh).
Antec was the number 1 case manufacturer for many many years
That hub controller is far from 'quality'.
Lol.
@@gavmedia5674 It's still better than no hub controller. Not many $70 cases will offer 5 fans and a hub in the first place.
Kokinkun
I paid £70 for my case and 5 ARGB fans.
The price is standard for the cheapest available.

This case would've been perfect if the front panel was mesh :)
More and more affordable cases 👍 plus a lot of features included in this case in such interesting price
2nd time seeing that trippy ant-man transition at 13:31. hope it becomes a tradition. like choppy being a computer part.
ya its called a kaleidoscope. super dope
The beats on the B rolls was fire!!!!! 💪🏼
What a beauty. Was cable management easy in the case? Also, so close to 100k!
Please can you make a video on argb fan connections and how to connect all of them to one argb header of the motherboard.

Almost at 100k subs! remember me when you get to 200k :)
Antec are taking the new cooling performance design like Lian Li case and sell it at cheap price! I'm going to to get one myself.
Antec is doing good, climbing up the ladders in the best cases right now.
Connect the Fan hub to the motherboard chassis fan header and limit DC power. It quietens the fans nicely.
Great video once again👍🏾
