Bill will.always be my favourite coach. As a lifelong Giants fan, I will never forget the feeling of watching them win their first Super Bowl afterdo many years of failure. A class act and a great mentor.
Arguably his most underrated season as a coach was in 2003, his first with the Cowboys. That was a bad football team period. They'd gone 5-11 for 3 straight years and the cupboard was very bare when he took the reigns. But his greatness and ability completely changed the mindset and drive of that roster. They finished 10-6 and beat some serious contenders, like Indianapolis and Philadelphia, on the way. They made the playoffs as a Wildcard and Carolina made short work of them in the 1st Round. But even so, they really shouldn't have been there, and with any "run of the mill coach." they wouldn't have. The man is just awesome.
I absolutely love this guy! What a coach, father, mentor and motivator!! A true winner who squeezed out the best out of his players. Whether you were a 1st Rd. Pick, late round pick or even a hopefull free agent, you were gonna get better under his watchful tutelage. His NY Giants team ended my 49ers chances to 3peat back in that 1990 championship game @ legendary Candlestick Park! Congrats coach you def. belong here....
I think Bill Parcells is not only a GREAT coach, but I think also makes men out of his players. His stories and theories are not just for football, but they're great life tips.
NFL coaches can learn a lot about how to interact with players and get them to play their best. Watch Parcells and listen and learn. Especially young coaches in the league.
What can you say?...takes over a Jets team that was 1-15 in ‘96....two seasons later, “we” were 30 minutes away from SB XXXIII....one of the greatest coaches EVER....Thanks for the memories Bill “The Big Tuna” Parcells
In my opinion, Bill Parcells is a top 5 coach all-time. You throw the "Big Tuna" in any era, and he'll come out on top every time. With the exception of his first year as head coach for the New York Football Giants, every team he coached was in playoffs/Super Bowl contention. Congratulations to a living legend.
Every NFL team he was head coach for, he led to the playoffs. Not many of his peers can say that! (The Big Tuna).....I liked the time he took over Richie Kotite's 1-15 Jets and made them 9-7 the following season. What a job!!!
I LOVE Bill Parcells too! You can see the same fire that Coach Knight had...I'd have enjoyed being at West Point when they both were there coaching their teams
George Martin belongs in the HOF, this guy was a beast and during a time when there were legends playing defensive line he was just as good as any of them.
Philly checking in.Coaches like Bill Parcells an Buddy Ryan where player coaches. An when you here former players speak. They speak of love an a life time of respect. It dozen get any more meaning full than that. Respectfully Yours hated to loved when we played you( Go E.A.G.L.E.S.)
Very much so. On game day, or practice, he was check your million dollar contracts at the door fellas. It's time to go to work. He was a great judge of ability. If a struggling high draft pick, that look like a bust; but was still busting his ass, he would repurpose that player, and make him more productive. Then again, if you were a player who thought you were elite, and didn't work hard, you were shown the door.
Rafael Garza When I remember Big Bill it's not as the Patriots, Jets or Cowboys coach, no those were pit stops for The Tuna. Bill Parcells, Jersey kid, Giant fan and finally the Greatest coach in history of The N Y Football Giants. You were the man
Brilliant!
A great...great,coach and an absolute WINNER....every team he coach....he turned the franchise as a winner.....absolutely love this guy.
As a lifelong Philadelphia Eagle fan I have absolutely nothing but the utmost respect and admiration for Bill Parcells!

Mechanical, methodical and motivating
The Greatest Head Coach in NFL History....Will always Love You "Big Tuna"
Bill Parcells took three bad teams and built them into winners. The only coach to do that. But he will always be a New York Giant.
Bill Parcels is the man!!!

I would agree with you with exception of the current generation rules make it where the coaches can't be as hard on players as they once were

Bill Parcells was a great coach.
Parcells is the man
Every team he touched he made them better. He took teams that were below average and took them to the playoffs.

Much Respect to Bill Parcells, Go Raiders.
He mentor Belichick and turn team from basement to Playoffs contender best coach ever
His old highschool coach looks like Don Rickles
Was so happy when my favorite coach came to my favorite team the Cowboys. Jerry let him go to soon. Could’ve won a lot more.
Parcells is the beta release of Belichick. Without him, pat fans, you would not have those first 3 rings.
Bill Parcells needs a biopic
the 0:45 mark, EPIC!
The Big TUNA!!!!
One of the greatest Cowboys Coach ever.

One of the greatest GIANTS coaches ever if not the greatest. Should have been in first ballot, the voters must have held grudges against him.
The music that plays at 2:29…whats the name of that?!! If any of my NFL bros know it please…help a brother out 🙏
The 5 dislikes are from Mike Francesa
WAS THAT SANTANA SITTING BEHIND BELLY?
I know Ramon, I thought the same thing, What about President Kennedy sitting next to Parcells former basketball coach at 17:13 Mark.
But why is he like, SO red though
He’s older. That’s fairly normal.
IS THAT CARLOS SANTANA? FOTTBALL IS COOL BUT SANTANA IS A LEGEND!
Bp
He choose to retire!
the fact that he brought and thanked is ex-wife is pretty incredible.
