I just randomly found this video of Maya's (I watch basically all her stuff) and wow... this video is from 3 years ago. It's cray how much haschanged for her in these last 3 years, I mean she has a huge audience (700k+ followers on twitch), she founden Alveus, she makes amazing educational content around animals and conservation, she lives with all her animals on a "farm" again and she organizes events where she raises money for other rescue and conservation organizations. I was so heart broken when she said she was suicidal. Maybe because it was during the same exact time when I was too, but to think that such a wonderful and bright and literally one of the few people I have seen that are actually good persons in the world didn't want to live anymore just killed me. This is a very cruel world, and I'm so glad it didn't take one of the few good people down. So happy you are here maya! I know this video is old. I was a college freshman when she started twitch and blew up, I didn't care about twitch then. But now as a Junior, I love what you do and I only regret not coming across you guys before. The suicidal part really hit me. The same exact thing happened. People just started to leave and I was so lonely I didn’t know what to do. It’s hard for me to find new people because of how bad my anxiety is and I’m always afraid people will deny me and humiliate me. I want help I just don’t know where to find it
Therapy probably could work, and talk to people you trust. Always good to get stuff off your chest and get out of your comfort zone sometimes. It helped me
Meditation, start implementing positive behaviours (exercising, creative stuff, if you want to do something try to do it rather then thinking about it), and if you can afford it or live in a freehealthcare country try to find a good therapist! These things will 100% put you in the right direction, it may sound daunting and you don't have to try to do all of these things at the same time. Maybe pick one of these things to start and then go from there:)

I only really found your channel recently and immediately liked it because its something different and interesting. I was never really a bird person until someone got me a pet budgie and now he has become a part of the family. He gets let out of his cage all day and flies around the house, then sits on my monitor chilling while I work.
