I know it might not have much longevity, but this was back during Turtle-Mania! Fans would have loved ads like that back then, and we'd have been nostalgic for them now.
Ironically Dominos is the pizza that's used in the actual movie, yet for the original vhs release they had an ad for pizza hut right at the start before the movie so it seems pizza hut became the pizza place most associated with the turtles.

Well I'm glad that I wasn't part of whatever region this bad Andy was supposed to be from. You said he was in the UK right? Anyways glad I didn't know about bad Andy but I'm glad hear your explanation of how terrible he was. Am I honest opinion I thought the worst ad campaign ever was actually by Little Caesars. The reason I say this is because in the early 2010s they had these ads that were like anti internet. They would say things like it's too complicated to order pizza on the internet and make it look really hard to do and try to convince people that they should just come to Little Caesars. There was even a really insulting ad where some guy was like standing up on stage talking about Little Caesars and then showing a video clip of some robotic legs stepping forward and him explain that you can just walk the little caesars. I mean seriously they were talking to us like we were stupid when they put shit like that in their ads. And honestly I think everybody knew that this was all a sham and this was all stupid just to try to make them seem like they were better and of course we all knew that they were going to have to cave into having to do pizza ordering on the internet as well and that's exactly what they do nowadays and they won't even acknowledge that they had incredibly stupid ads that were attacking that very premise.
i had this dumb idea for a different take on Andy, what if instead he was a wacky inventor or just a smart alleck who loves pizza using his inventions to make Domino's' better but messes it up. Like for the heat pads he forgoes them and instead uses a car with a built in pizza oven to cook a half baked pizza only to return after the deliveries drenched in sweat claiming there was a bug or two. Or uses some sort of fake arms for making pizzas faster by hand which worked well until they malfunction due to the amount of pizzas. Nothing spectacular but I thought it was funny

this is like a very meticulously created jerma bit
I got a Hungry Howie's ad for this video
Dominos is still what it is but they made massive improvements in quality
Monkey and Al was later used for PG Tips, a brand of tea
"Bad andy" sounds like something jerma would get called
i had this dumb idea for a different take on Andy, what if instead he was a wacky inventor or just a smart alleck who loves pizza using his inventions to make Domino's' better but messes it up.
I personally prefer the Noid IMHO but (fight me though) I love both Dominos and Pizza Hut throughout my life.
0:40 I used to love Domino’s CinnaStixs they were so delicious 😋 especially when dipped in the icing I miss the CinnaStix at Domino’s I wish they’d bring ‘em back one day
I don’t care, this guy is adorable
I forgot about these, and I think they were out when I was like,7 when they were out
bad Andy sounds like something twitch chat would call Jerma
Imagine if Domino's used Andy in their UK advertising material.
Andy's kinda cute though
Like a little Blorbo
the noid is making a little bit of a comeback, the noid even had a video game crossover with crash bandicoot last year
Your voice sounds so familiar, like I’ve heard it somewhere else.
Don’t remember these but I do remember how HORRIBLE dominos was then. Had I seen these I had would’ve been all for trying that cardboard pizza again. Awkward is awesome.
To be fair, Domino's could have the funniest/cleverest commercial in the world but it still wouldn't entice me to eat there. Literally nothing could make me want to eat that restaurant.
You should cover Rally's/Checker's "Mr. Bag" ad campaign. My father actually called the station to complain about it. They aired them constantly and they were just so darn stupid.
... It will be a quick video.
The Noid: and I thought I was evil!
Didn't they bring the noid back?
