Cool thing about Hilda is that her "headphones" are the sound blocking type you use when shooting actually guns. I thought that was a cool detail in her disgine :]
Your artstyle with theses characters is amazing, as expected of you obviously! I myself started to play this game and so far, the story is pretty original and I love how futuristic it is!
I am also kinda wanting one where the characters are more historically/mythically accurate as well. Only because certain characters’ Fate counterparts got me interested in their real life counterparts or their mythology counterparts
Your art style is honestly unique. My favorite part of your art style is the eyes. ❤ Maybe you like the bow and arrow so much because of Legend of Zelda? That's what does it for me. 🙂 I might even play Tower of Fantasy now just for funsies. I kinda got burnt out from Genshin Impact, unfortunately. I love these designs I feel like they have a lot of really nice details to make the characters sexy without feeling gross?? Like not every female character has their chest out but they do have cool accents to make their designs attractive

I'm glad that I'm not the only one that actually stares at a favorite character of mine and studies the color palette and think, what is it about them that is so eye catching? 😅 Idk if you've already done a video on this, but I would like to see how you shade different fabrics like plastic, satin, velvet, cotton, netting, etc. (For digital art obviously) I want to up my game when it comes to fabric textures.

Some extra tips for cel shading, I've found for me it really helps to use it very subtly and even along side soft shading, because typically harsh shading appears where two objects are almost touching so there's not much shadow showing With harsh shading it really sells it to be as precise as possible, characters in direct sunlight will also have very sharp shadows, but characters inside or on an overcast day will have softer shading (but I suppose that's more for styles closer to realism, but still it's very helpful to study reality even when the style you're going for isn't realistic)
I just wanted you to know (your prob not seeing this but just in case) that you are the reason I love art so much. Just watching your videos give me enough inspiration to draw for the next 2 weeks. You’re an amazing artist!

The story is that on the last day of 1999, a storm swept Britain back into the 1920s. Literally. The game isnt released yet but I wholeheartedly recommend everyone to watch the trailers since ive NEVER seen a gacha “anime” game that went for a retro aesthetic like this. 💜Its a chinese game but a global release is confirmed, just not when
The main reason I love playing gacha games is the sheer volume of character designs. There's so many details, and they're all thought-out and went through so many re-designs. That fact makes drawing fanart of them (esp. detailed) absolute hell, but it's nice
Hey lavendertowne! If you're ever in the mood to do another "this not that" video, I'd love one on hair shading! It's probably the thing i struggle with the most, and it's especially hard because a lot of tutorials don't include different hair types. I'd love to see how you go about tackling shading hair of all types especially cell shading and the hard white highlights! Those are always what I find most confusing, especially on dark or textured hair.
