I respect Aaron. He knew it was bad food, but he sadly couldn´t change it, also when the others got pissed at Gordon and tried to play him down he imideatly countered them, rightfully, stating that he is successful. He does know what he is ranting about.

As someone who's been on both sides of this kind of conversation, it is ALWAYS a treat to find customers and servers that enjoy the banter. It makes serving food and preparing to dine both much less stressful and more relaxing.

I’ve only seen one kitchen nightmares where the food wasn’t the issue. The Uok version with the soul food lady. She just needed a gimmick to gets butts in her restaurant seats.

Hate it when people say things like "That's his opinion" "That's just 1 man's opinion". It's Gordon Ramsay, his pallet is one of the top in the world. Has he ever been wrong when he says it's frozen, fake, bland or microwaved? I haven't seen it. If he says it's ghastly then the chef should be standing next to him with a notepad and questions.

it's crazy how many crap restaurants there are out there, it's like so many random people decide to open a restaurant with no experience or knowledge. You should only consider opening a restaurant if you're a highly experienced chef or you're rich and can afford a crack team right off the bat.
