Just got ota update for 7t 1907 in US. It now lists phone as a model 1901 with a 660 processor. If you have fingerprint unlock enabled the phone is intermittently very bright that gets auto adjusted to a green color that turns greyish then bright again when first unlocked. With fingerprint disabled the phone display is perfect.

I have been using 12.1 on my 7 Pro. It has been working very good thus far. No real bugs that i have noticed. It feels very smooth, much better animations than Android 11. Overall feels stable and battery life seems about the same.
Talking about RUclips App. It doesn't matter if you are using Android 11 / 12 or 13. There is a App Glitch in RUclips App. It always happens. Sometimes the Picture in Picture mode gets Black out and upon tapping on it, it gets back to full screen and you have no option but to restart the device because the app get's glitched and you can't do anything on the phone.
I have one plus 7 pro EU version. I have updated my phone 3 days back to 12.1 from 11.0.9. Trust me guys, TRUST ME, DO NOT Update, I repeat, DO NOT UPDATE, you are going to regret. Os11 is far better in terms of stability and UI. Here are bugs and missing things on OS12: 1.Ambient display missing, it's AOD but fingerprint doesnt show. 2. Battery percentage font too small. 3. One plus widget clock too small. 4. You can not uninstall apps from home page. 5. Photo deletion confirmation required every time. 6. Lockscreen notification issue, you can not discard them straight away or you can not read them. Those work sometime, but not always. 7. Boot time got increased. Phone takes more than a minute to boot up. 8. Shelf is shifted to upper right swipe instead of left side of home screen and that is also freezing sometime. 9. Many other menu font in apps got smaller. 10. Quick tiles got more smaller. 11. Lockbox doesn't support folders, so you will have everything mixed if you set any pictures as private. 12. Hidden apps are accessable through phone dialer, in OS11 it was simple swipe up and right. In short you won't find anything new on OS12 but you will definately miss many things from OS11. I wish I can get OS11 back but look like it is quite difficult now. 😭😭

The Battery percentage is slightly on the left because they want to move around the symbol so that the same pixels are not used which can cause screen burn in. Do the research my guy.
As we know we are using a bit old Gaming Mobile with High Performing hardware📱 my question is How good with battery 🔋 back up ?? I hate 2 things, they removed the "back" gesture and they also removed the live wallpaper. I went back to buttons instead of gestures, but hate loosing the bottom screen space... A shame for such a good screen ☹️

I'm used to the bottom navigation of Oneplus , I find it to be a lot better than Google's implementation. Though the device is old, but still works gr8 for me and I love the way it is, won't mess with it. I will only update it before replacing it with another one..

There is a problem with Bluetooth. When I'm connected to my watch and go away with watch it disconnects and that's natural but when I come in range it doesn't connect automatically. Earlier it was fine. Another issue is,if I lock the screen the fingerprint icon goes away after few seconds and even I single tap or move device a bit, it doesn't show. Need to double tap or press lock key... And also i was not able to find double press lock button to launch camera option

Did you factory reset after the update? I noticed your pin code for screen unlock is only four digits. When I updated from 11 to 12 on the 8T I kept my four digit pin code, but if I factory reset on 12, it only allowed a six digit pin code. I wonder if any issues you had could be resolved with a factory reset.
What do you think compared to color os 12? I’m using it now on my 7t. Everything works great.far smoother than OOS 11, except notifications. I have to setup everything manually
I feel they have downgraded somewhat the quality of the picture. I use 7t and i compared same picture before and after update and i found after update the picture exaggerated with pixels as compared to the previous one.

I am facing the problem with Bluetooth devices. Now both Bluetooth headset and phone are not synchronised hence both are playing with their individual volume, previously on os 11 it was synchronised. Another important thing is dolby atmos sound was very poor but not in the case of OS 11. I am thinking that I will revert back to Os 11 which is far better than Os 12.

Previously OnePlus was known for providing faster os updates but now it's like mi devices. You will get updates but after a long time.

Mine has a problem with the brightness while using fingerprint scanner brightness goes all up and stuck at 100% won't change at all

There is a bug here. The camera automatically gets popped up and it won't close. We may have to close it manually.

PE only lacks customisation and features.. in everything else PE is far better than Oxygenos12

I am facing the problem with Bluetooth devices. Now both Bluetooth headset and phone are not synchronised hence both are playing with their individual volume, previously on os 11 it was synchronised. Another important thing is dolby atmos sound was very poor but not in the case of OS 11. I am thinking that I will revert back to Os 11 which is far better than Os 12.
I am yet to receive the update....
