Ingredients:
Strawberry Cake (18cm mould)

-3 egg whites (cold)
-3 egg yolks ( room temperature)
-60g sugar
-40g Vegetable oil
-40g warm milk

-10g strawberry powder
-65g cake flour
Strawberry Jelly (13cm mould)

-50g strawberry
-30g water
-20g sugar
-3g gelatin
Cream cheese
filling
-200g cream cheese
-80 mascarpone cheese
-100g whippig cream (whipped up 50%)
-60g icing sugar
-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
-5g gelatin
