    Ingredients:
    Mango Crepe Cake ( 18cm cooking pan)

    -55g break flour
    -50g cake flour
    -320g Warm Milk
    -190g egg
    -35g sugar
    Sponge Cake (15cm mould)
    -2 egg whites (cold)
    -2 egg yolk (room Temperature)
    -40g sugar
    -25g vegetable oil
    -25g warm milk
    -5g vanilla extract
    Mango Cream Filling
    -300g whipping cream
    -30g icing sugar
    -120g mango puree (see mango tart video)
    Fresh Mango
    - 2 mangos (depends on size)
