Strawberry Cake ( 6 inch mould)
-3 egg whites (cold)
-3 egg yorks ( room temperature)
-60g suga
-40g Vegetable oil
-40g warm milk

-8g strawberry powder
-65g cake flour
-6g lemon juice
Strawberry filling
-130g whipping cream
-10g icing sugar
-180g strawberry
jam
Strawberry Fresh Cream
-120g whipping cream
-20g icing sugar
-100g frozen strawberry puree
