I have purchased the 640 model tried to use it as a clip on and can't get it sighted in or collimated to my day scope shooting two foot to the left tried emailing agm four times no response. When attached to helmet your digital screen is upside down again tried to email agm no response customer care is a 0 on there products. So it's been used as a hand held scanner and works good for that, but would like to have customer service to help with issues.
I have one of these in 384 with the same issue, can't get it sighted in as a clip on and about 2 feet to the left. Also, they never disclosed until now that it was not rated for 308, first I have heard of that and that is exactly what I bought it for. Extremely disappointed with mine and wish I had purchased something else for my rifle. It does not work well as a stand alone on a rifle as you can't get your eye close enough to it. Gets a definite do not buy from me.
They've released an update foe the collimating issue. Does your have a clip-on mode in settings under display? If it doesn't it needs updated you have to mail it to them for the update.
When that kind of thing happens to me, I give them two maybe three chances to respond, documenting each as I go. Email is best, because the email is its own best record. When I get no response, I go to their website and get the actual location of their headquarters, as in city and state, then go online to BBB (Better Business Bureau) and file a complaint. It's easy to do. Include whatever dates and time and little bit of documentation is needed. It works to get resolutions. Companies respond to BBB complaints. I've used it 3 or 4 times, including getting AT&T to stop harassing me with robo calls for Dish Network, and for getting insurance companies to stop sending postal mail to me. A good company would have already responded to you here. One thing I will not tolerate from anyone I buy products from is to be ignored by them. Not ever.

Battery choices! Best of BOTH worlds!
You should release a new video addressing the fix for early models released with out the clip on setting.
I would love this for my night shoots. Absolutely love your videos! More please!

Can you tell me what the housing is made of? Aluminum? Polymer?
When used as a clip-on, are you continuing to use the reticle of your fixed optic, like your RDS or LPVO?
Correct. The lvpo will also just zoom into the display of the thermal and it can get pixelated at high magnification.
This is nice. It seems like all you need and nothing you don’t
can i put this in front of an eotech holographic? or is it only lpvo
Please make more like this! Clip on thermal for up to .308!
Rattler series are 308 rated and can be used as clip on

When they say only 5.56, does that mean UP to that or literally only that caliber?
Alright so I dont really care about 308...this small of a thermal were really talking about inside of 200yds. But what about 300 black out subs?
Can i attach it to a recurve crossbow?
What setup do you guys recomend for recording. Couldn‘t really find good info on that?
Can it do subsonic 300 blackout since It’s less recoil than 5.56?
I would imagine a a decemt gun thats not overgassed/underbuffered you could get away with supers even
Does it have the adjustment settings the flir breach does for aligning the images when using them bridged with a pvs14?
im just confused as to how it works in conjunction with a scope
I just ordered the 384 to bridge with my 14 I'm excited I already have a rattler and a secutor
Where can i get the multicam wrap at?
Larplabs
Good to find out here and now rather than after purchase that caliber (recoil ?) rating is a thing.
Material housing?
Would love to get my hand on one of these for review for here on RUclips and Instagram.
Shoot us an email.
what mount is used @0:31

Would love an answer on this also - box doesn't include a dovetail mount and not sure what they're using there
Only being rated for 556 as a clip on is a pretty big downside.
If it was .308 rated it would be perfect, hard pass if not lol, my two year old ATN Th0r 4 can handle .308 sooooooooo what’s the problem here

Yes. COTI's have their place but at that price you're weighing the pro's and con's of an optic with a lot more capability vs this one.
