Ryan already has connections in the Rental business by being g a customer.pat could assist with how Ryan wants it marketed and give all the local rental companies the right to send Ryan Rental business. Pat could assist with the logistics with that and then also renting the machines out. Between Ryan and Pat they could network and find a part-time mechanic to come in and work on every machine that’s rented out. With the help of the CPA Ryan could find out when he can purchase other machines. Love your suggestion!

Thank God I live in Louisiana, say a prayer for us all Ryan we gonna need one. You ought to go and make some of that Fema money. You have everything that you would need to make a lot of quick money. Florida would pay you a fortune just to move sand. I've used epoxy outside before, I had a job painting all the sidewalks and the stairs and porch. I am 49 and worked in construction my whole life. Pat reminds me of the old school guys that I learned .he’s an asset for sure . But it’s younger population and generation that works with you. There’s a disconnect between the two because the younger generation is too lazy to learn.

We just had another 200amp service installed down in the new barn. We had issues with just 100amp service. Yes it was expensive 14 grand but the extra power is good. Especially if you have alot of power draw. I guess it all depends on who rents your spaces out.
Folks have got to understand that all the income is hit with big taxes as well. Making money, absolutely it’s not just as easy as everyone wants to think that it is. If it was easy everyone would be doing it. Just setting up the cameras and editing would be a lot then you have to have content that is entertaining.
