You've most likely eaten the restaurant version in the US. This is an authentic Italian recipe and the eggplant is prepared differently
Looks so yummy! I don’t like eggplant parmesan with breadcrumbs. I’ve bookmarked your recipe to try soon.
Thank you so much.. the breadcrumbs take away from the flavor of the eggplant itself.. so I prefer not to use them. Would love your feedback once you've tried it
