We like to buy a 50 lbs bag of onions and dice them all up and dehydrate some and then bag some,, your right to have them already done is a bonus. we have Carotts and Leeks left in the garden still, hubby is going to dig up our potatoes and l have bags of tomatoes in the freezer, have to process them, but had surgery last week so just waiting for me to heal a bit more so l can move my arm better (rotator cuff surgery) l hate not doing things. Your such and inspirational person, love watching you, GOD bless you and your hubby

You are inspiring! I bought a large package of chicken breasts at Sam's for $2.66/lb with an extra $2.00 of per package. I cut them into strips, added marinade and put them in the freezer. Good morning Rena! I always look forward to seeing you in the morning I have learned a lot from you. Love to see you and Mr Wayna together you make such a sweet couple.
I peeled and cut up some potatoes and only wiped them off and vacuum sealed them. They have been in the freezer for 1 year and they did not turn brown and are still just as white as they were the day i cut them. I have not tried them yet but I season them and bake them in the oven. I hope they do alright. I put up 5 dozen of peaches and cream corn, that is our favorite too.
