Well I think it changes depending on the pasta the are making at the time but when we went we had a seafood pasta and lasagne and honestly it was some of the best we’ve had. Our family is Italian so we are used to good pasta! Also they had some fantastic Sardinian wines on the menu. We are actually going back to playa Blanca in may and can’t wait to eat there again x

@@HolidayExtrasTravelGuides Hi Jake, obviously everyone has a different set of taste preferences, but my favourites were: Mini burgers with quail eggs Chicken and avocado in Marie Rose sauce with chopped hazelnuts, The sweet black pudding dish. My wife and I have been many times, as we used to live on the island and took our visitors there, so we've tried a lot of their menu. It's quite a substantial menu, too, so there should be plenty of choices that you will like.

How can you recommend the restaurant in Timanfaya??? It's a tourist trap of the worst kind, the view is spectacular but the food is terrible. We should have listened to the Google map reviews, instead of your video.
The best place to taste the real and quality food in Lanzarote is El Golfo! I have a house here, i come fron north west of Spain, I'm renting a room for turist people , and my clients really enjoy the restaurants here.
I am visiting Lanzarote for a week from 21 February. Which restaurants do you recommend in El Golfo ? We are staying in Playa Blanco and have a hire car.

Try Restaurante del Norte in Orzola, where the ferries to La Grocisa leave. Typical canarian dishes and a stunning view.

La Cascada Puerto in the old town in Puerta Del Carmen is another must do in Lanzarote with great stakes and lots of traditional food. x

None of the restaurants you mentioned are traditional 'guachinches'. They are all over priced tourist traps.

Pizzeria Angelica in Puerto Del Carmen. Very small back street place with a view of nothing but the staff and pizza is the best and cheap.
