Good morning guys, hope all is well. As you can see, we're taking a look at the RDUNAE R4, but is this one a little too pricey for what they're asking for it? Thanks and have a good one.
Taking the production to a whole new level top video mate, onto the watch and nice to some originality, dials a little plain, hands and indices match well, I really like that bezel also
You're def right about the hands mate ,they've gone thin to stand out I reckon but divers have bold hands for a good reason and it wont help legibility in the water at all,
this watch looks excellent...but man, $200 and you get hollow links and pressed clasp? deal-breakers for me right there. throw in the sheer size of this thing and I just couldn't. thanks for the review, though. and nicely done as always, wes
Nice watch mate, it would have been better if the handsets were a bit thicker. I totally agree with you mate, considering the short comings it has definitely a bit on pricier side.
Those dimensions and bracelet are not what I was expecting going into this video....they have the makings of a very good watch, but as it stands too many alterations required to justify the price.... definitely a no as it is....🏴⌚🏴⌚
Other than this watch being too big the main thing I would change is the hand set. The hands are not awful but they're somehow not suited to a dive watch.
Please give them the feedback to do a new version in 40 or below mm., framed date window and thickness around 14mm. That's the change to cash in the potential of this watch.
Too bad about this one ... I have the Rdunae R3 Compressor style watch and it is lovely. Still thick but it comes on a rubber strap avoiding this bracelet letdown. Watch of the day: Lorus Lumibrite
Yeah few too many corners cut unfortunately, but does have potential. I'm hoping to get the r3 at some point because it looks really good. Thanks for watching mate
Got to get used to the new standards (lower quality- higher price) (???), or not? To be or not to be? That is the question... oh, and what's the time mate? 😉😋 Cheers Wes, be well mate.
Rdunae... A brand name that's truly unforgettable 😆 🤣. A Skmei collab would be almost perfect for naming. Thanks as always for the content, high quality as usual.
Definitely, I don't call it the proper name as its daft, but what can you do, they won't hire native English speakers to help with branding, so not a deal to be done. Thanks for watching
Hi, I have one and it is a great watch. Bracelet, not so good. I have it on a rubber FKM strap. With the name, it is a bit funky, but has a meaning: Roma die uno non aedificata est, translating to "Rome isnt built in a day".
I think this is a £100 watch all day long. Design isn’t that exciting to be fair, but has chunk appeal. So many brands are falling short by mediocre bracelets all the time. 5/10 for me.
Hi again Wes can’t believe I haven’t seen this video until now. The watch does look nice and has a bit of a Christopher Ward feel about it but yes £160+ for a watch with such a crappy bracelet is not good 😤
Too big, too thick, too expensive. Its a no from me X Its a shame as it has its proportions just right - if they can scale the design down to 38-39mm around 12mm thick (bring the WR down to 100m if needed) - then it will be a winner
Way to thick, it’s circumference is fine for me but I have a bigger wrist, but again it’s just to thick. Doesn’t actually look to bad, but I think it’s priced a bit high.

Thanks very much matey, appreciate that. It does have some nice elements but does need a bit of work. Have a good one
You're def right about the hands mate ,they've gone thin to stand out I reckon but divers have bold hands for a good reason and it wont help legibility in the water at all,
Absolutely, someone pointed it out during the unboxing and I agree, needs making a bit bigger or make the watch smaller. Thanks

Totally agree, it really needs a step up to be worth what they are asking for it. Thanks for watching
I saw that and thought it looked great but the mentioned shortcoming made me think twice.
I think an Orient Kamasu is a better option…
You're right, for not much more you can get the 1st gen kamasu and I'd definitely rather have that. Thanks 👍
Nice watch mate, it would have been better if the handsets were a bit thicker. I totally agree with you mate, considering the short comings it has definitely a bit on pricier side.
It does have a lot going for it, just needs a few minor tweaks. Thanks

I concur, does need some overhauling to bring it up to scratch. Thanks for watching mate, have a good one
Hey Mr B. Yeah a bit pricey for me. Nice watch however. Colour match date wheel is nice just dont like painted second hands. Never have.
Hey mate, thank you for watching and it does have some nice touches for sure but does fall short.
Other than this watch being too big the main thing I would change is the hand set. The hands are not awful but they're somehow not suited to a dive watch.
Yeah, I like the hands, I just think they're too slim and need beefing up some. Or make the watch smaller and more slender? Thanks for watching
thank you for the review, close up shots are money!
Great review, I think a few mm of the thickness would really help
Agreed mate, does need slimming down some. Thanks
Please give them the feedback to do a new version in 40 or below mm., framed date window and thickness around 14mm. That's the change to cash in the potential of this watch.
Agree, I'll put it to them and see what they say. Thanks mate

Cheers mate and yeah it seems like many are letting their standards slip some. Be well too mate
Well thats off my list I would have to work out at the Gym to carry that one off, big boi.
It's saving me a gym membership but it is a large one, would only really suit those with larger wrists I think. Thanks
I agree completely. Nice watch but the price is a bit high.
100% mate, thanks for watching. Have a good one

Great review by the way. Good effort. Keep going, thank you.
@@danosmond7169 thanks for the information, pretty cool, I didn't know that. Appreciate you watching.
@@danosmond7169 Interesting! Had no idea. Thanks! 😃
Cool watch definitely need a better bracelet for the price point
100% agree, not good enough at the price point. Thanks very much for watching mate

Generous at £100... I'd say £60
Agree, only a few are not cutting corners really, sadly these are one that are. Shame because it has potential. Thanks Ray
Almost all of them cut corners with the bracelet. So far the only one that has impressed me is the Tuna homage bracelet... is one chunky metal band.
Hi again Wes can’t believe I haven’t seen this video until now. The watch does look nice and has a bit of a Christopher Ward feel about it but yes £160+ for a watch with such a crappy bracelet is not good 😤
Thanks for watching mate and its all good, I have made quite a few and agreed, the bracelet is very basic for the cost.
I think the price is ok btw [i've seen nh35 powered watches twice the price] Just too thicc as you say and no idea why ,
There's way more expensive out there for sure, I this one just needs a few tweaks and it'll be worth it.
Great honest Review
Too big, too thick, too expensive. Its a no from me X

Agree mate, definitely needs slimming down and making smaller then it would be a real contender. Thanks for watching
Way to thick, it’s circumference is fine for me but I have a bigger wrist, but again it’s just to thick. Doesn’t actually look to bad, but I think it’s priced a bit high.
Absolutely agree, it's definitely for guys with bigger wrists than mine and it could either do with a price cut or bump in quality. Thanks
Too big and a horrible clasp. the dial is nice, but would suit a 38/39mm watch so much better
Agreed, does need to be smaller all round really. Thanks
Ye God's forget everything else..the name blows..I'm writing this mid video drunk in Spain and the price might 40 squid so..I'll reserve judgement
Agree the name is awful but it has meaning, someone left a comment about why the name was chosen.
Sorry, lost me at 43.5mm.
Yeah it is a touch on the large side. Thanks for watching
