At 18:00 when Colby is talking about the “bright flash” that happened in his kitchen; it could’ve been an Angel.
Because angels are the only ones that produce light where there isn’t any light... usually there is always an angel around when there’s a lost spirit wandering around because the angel is always trying to help that lost spirit cross over to the other side.
They try to lead the lost spirit into the light.
So in my opinion, that random light could have most definitely been an angel.
Remember not only to believe in these “scary” spirits that they believe they catch on camera- angels are most definitely around too. It’s silly to assume that only bad entities are among us. Good entities are among us as well.

An angel would not exclusively give off light. In a very evil house, a bright light appears when you're alone and mock a spirit there. One person that did that blacked out and woke up with a knife in their chest.

Here's my theory of Jake.
He said he doesn't remember running up to the door and slamming it shut at that time, so probably something got in him just to test how much energy he had. Later on, I feel like something went inside of him and that's why he put his head all the way down to probably get energy. Then he started acting strange and lifts his head up and I feel like whatever went inside of him, got enough energy and that's why his eyes got *red* . Whatever was in him left his body, and that's why Jakes body shook/ twitched. Then Jake wakes up and all he sees are the candles suddenly go out but doesn't remember what happened to him. By the way I'm no expert :/

it's so weird and frustrating that apparently no one except for them can hear the high pitched sounds when there's the noise upstairs. because whenever i watch one of their videos i wear headphones (and im sure many other people do) and the only thing i can hear is the loud noise and like yeah it's probably because the camera can't capture every little sound but the fact that they still seem to hear it while watching the video kinda freaks me out

One thing I have to say that I noticed, was a ghost on camera. It was in the first part at 11:23 (not in this video but the 1st part of the biltmore series), to the right you see a dark room and there is a large white figure, just like a blob or something, quickly moving at the entrance to that room 🤯

Colby before light bulbs burn out they do flash super bright for a second before dying so that’s probably what that flash was in your kitchen.
