You can also see his eyes glowing. It mightve been just Jake's hair but it's so creepy
Just FYI, as someone who's worked hotels for a long time, the question "is this place haunted?" is SUCH a double-edged sword for us. If we answer yes and put normal customers off, we're reprimanded, and if we answer no and put paranormally-inclined customers off, guess what? We're reprimanded. ;_;
It's usually up to our best guess based on customer to customer, but the safest way to answer is simply not to answer.

My husband and I recently went to the Phineas Banning Museum in Wilmington, California for our anniversary and the tour guide mentioned something about Phineas Bannings daughter living out the rest of her life at this hotel because after he died, she moved to Los Angeles for a better opportunity to marry again and for the children to succeed in life. I just found it interesting and it reminded me of the places Sam and Colby visit. 🙏🎉

It’s four years after this video was posted and I’m still amazed by what happens in this video. I hope you guys keep doing what you’re doing and this is where it all began.
It could just be nothing but does anyone else notice at 41:41 and slightly before there’s a reflection of Corie’s candle flame on Sam’s candle but it’s slightly off centre and kinda just floats just next to the wick? It could just be a weird camera reflection or something but it looks weird it’s really easy to miss and i rewatched the same few seconds before it as well a few times trying to figure it out

I'm going to repost this on as many comments as I can because I need answers. Replay the video starting at 51:07 and watch Jake's movements the entire time. When the candles go out, Sam, Colby, and Corey all have their heads down, eyes closed. Jake is the only one with his eyes and mouth open. At 51:17 Jake directly jerks his head straight back and as he does, the candles flicker. This wasn't a typical side head jerk that Jake normally does because of his hair, he jerked his head straight back and there is no logical explanation for it. I'm not discrediting their experience, but there is a reason why Jake made this movement and I need to know what it is. Did he feel something? Does he remember doing this? Did it cause the candles to flicker?
