Thanks Paul! I was at this concert and it was the first time I saw them live. It was one of the best shows I’ve ever seen. So intense! The pieces of drumstick flew around my ears 😀 The first years they always played this passionate. Every bandmember is into the music completely and goes for it 100%. As far as I know without liquid or white courage. The last records and shows are more polished. The early years were the best.
I LOVE Arcade Fire and watching people react is like hearing them again for the first time. Well done😁
Thanks for highlighting this. Arcade Fire made quite the entrance into the music scene back then. They totally blew me away with both their legendary album 'Funeral' and their incredibly invested stage performances. Still play Funeral and some of their live vids, like this one, on a regular basis. Keep spreading the love for these inspirational musicians! They and their music are so worth it.
The first records were amazing, Funeral being the best. Their shows are always amazing. They blew me away too several times.
14:37 Nah man...this is how Arcade Fire rolls. They're all in.
Ive watched Arcade Fire on a few different shows/festivals and every time they give it everything they have, fantastic performers and musicians
They are always chaotic 16:39
Incredible band - one of the best live bands ever. They all change instruments during their shows it's so fun to watch!
Great reaction and comments Paul. 👌
Each one of them are what you would call a muse
“Is it a dream, is it a lie, I think I’ll let you decide!” Is my favourite lyric of the song hits so hard
Canadian artistic expression at it's best
This is a good one. Thanks
This is, if anything, a little restrained for them. Check out their first Glastonbury show or their first appearance on Austin City limits.
You need to find arcade firea "neighborhood 2" live version. Will not dissapoint. I watched every live version a zillion times. Each time I'm in awe
These two violinists are backup musicians(though the female one, Sarah Neufeld, was a full member from 2006 to 2013).
Owen Pallett was a full member too, wasn't he?
@@throughthewindowpane No, he never was.
@@romualdandrzejczak4093 Not? But he has been touring with them for a long time
@@throughthewindowpane Of course, but he was never the core member.
you misrepresented the video. this is not Power Out.
Perhaps your upset should be directed to the original poster. Considering I use their title.
@@HighlyCombustibleReacts You are the OP. I am saying that the video you posted does not include the song, Neighborhood #3 (Power Out). Also, I am not upset. I am informing you of a fact.

And you are WRONG.
the
First
Song was power out.
Dipshit
The performance is let down by the vocals. Still unique and a vibe.
