Interesting build! Not the most amazing sounding board IMO but that could be changed with some extra foam/padding within the case! Overall though, nice aesthetic ^_^
Yes, I agree - I'm always in trouble with plastic case keyboards. 😅It definitely needs some more foaming, though the space is quite tight for that. I think I'll try to use some other types of foam or some kind of silicone to see if it makes a difference. 🙂
@@thoccnology Good idea! I'd even recommend using a tape mod or some EVA foam. Space bar and other stabs might even benefit from a holee mod, if possible?
@@Dedman_Tech Yeah, I missed out the staple tape mod on this one. Space and the other stabs have been holee/teflon modded+lubed (second typing at the end of the video) - unfortunately, this helped only that much.. 😅
Hi! Thanks! ^^ Mine took around 1,5 weeks to arrive - but sometimes it's longer if there's a promotion (like Sales or Black Friday, etc., resulting in a bunch of paralell orders) going on. But in general 1-2 weeks time. :)
@@thoccnology Thanks for your answer. I ordered mine at the second of november and still waiting. But, i think it has something to do with the Loaction. I'm from Germany and there it can take longer than usually. :)
It's nearly the same as a basic membrane keyboard's - the quickest keyboards (like EVGA Z15) have almost 0,5x the latency. Although I have to mention that the latency will never be 0, as the monitor, computer components, operating system will always cause some delays.
I've used the GLube (from Glorious), but I wouldn't say it's far better than the Super Lube grease or the simple silicone grease. Which one is your go-to?
Thank you for the insightful video! I'm purchasing this and your review at 3:05 says the pcb supports 5 pin switch connection, but their Amazon listing says it's 3 pins and the website shows a picture of a 3pin board! I wonder if that's determined by the switches or colors? Guess I'll have to wait for mine to find out 😂
@@FeministCatwoman Ah, I see - truly, there are a confusing amount of versions of this board. There are even versions that use only AA batteries and not lithium-ion ones LOL. It's a nightmare to choose the proper one. =.=' Mine definitely has 5-pin, and it has the name ending with LI (HS75 LI), that refers to the lithium-ion battery. I hope you'll get what you ordered, the 5-pin version! ^^

Thanks so much! Good to hear that you found it useful! Thank you for your comment!
Thanks for showing the tear down. I just got this board and it’s awesome but I want to tape mod it 😅
I'm happy that you found it useful! A tape mod is almost always welcomed! 😄
Does this keyboard support NKRO or 6KRO over 2.4G ?
I got this on a Kickstarter , but I wish the driver and software was downloadable on macs or like had via compatiblity :/
Yeah, unfortunately I haven't seen any Mac driver either.. :/
@@thoccnology I feel like saying it’s Mac compatible is a bit of a misleading title because I can’t remap any of the keys for Macs
@@Mewcaloid I feel that it's more likely to be used for keyboards that are plug-and-play compatible with different OSs.
hi, that joystick near the arrows, works as a mouse?
No, unfortunately not - it can be used to adjust the RGB colors.

Great Video you earned a sub and like. I'm still waiting for mine. :)
When have you ordered your keyboard?

@@mariusthenomad Wow, that's too long imo.. Did you also order from Whatgeek?
Iffy stock sound, but a very beautiful stock keyboard
The colors are mesmerizing, but yeah, sound-wise definitely needs some modding. ^^
What did you mean by a lousy rgb knob?
The knob doesn't fit tight enough into the housing so it feels quite wobbly.
@@thoccnology Thank you
That latency is a lot worse than I was hoping

What is your favorite brand of switch/stab lube?
I've used the GLube (from Glorious), but I wouldn't say it's far better than the Super Lube grease or the simple silicone grease.

Also I love your videos! You do a great job of breaking down the boards!

Can confirm if ordered with the silver switches, IT IS 5 pin PCB
