അതിൻ്റെ ആവശ്യമില്ല. ആളുകൾ ഇഷ്ടമുള്ള ഇടത്ത് പോകുവോ വരുവോ ചെയ്യട്ടെ. സുനക് ബ്രിട്ടീഷ് പൗരത്വം സ്വീകരിച്ചു അവിടെ പോയതല്ലേ. ഇവിടെ ഉള്ളവർക്ക് ഇന്ത്യൻ ആയി തുടരുന്ന കഴിവുള്ളവർ ഇവിടെ ആവശ്യത്തിൽ കൂടുതൽ ഉണ്ട്. ആളുകൾക്കും കഴിവിനും ഇവിടെ കുറവൊന്നും ഇല്ല. ഇവിടെ സിസ്റ്റം ആണ് നേരെ ആക്കേണ്ടത് - political leadership and political ethics, laws, policing, bureaucracy, justice system, media ethics. It's really appreciable that you are using your intellect in productive purposes unlike many your tribes in the media. Bringing back all brilliant Indians is definitely a good idea but we need to first our country more conducive for the reverse brain drain process. Corruption, beurocratic bottleneck, nepotism, political interferences and violence needs to be purged out of our psyche and performance criteria to be re defined and accountability to be fixed.
