Yo James. I’m back from my transplants. Now rewinding on your videos. I’m on day 3 today no sign of swelling yet 😵 serious massive thanks you made my journey so much more better than it would have been going blind. I’ve passed you channel to a lot of people from all over the word. One guy from Taiwan 🇹🇼 was translating your English. None of them found your channel prior to their visit but all wish they had. Try to get it out there. I don’t know how. As regards to questions none! But I will tell you some thing. After watching your week 5 video I rang and changed my method to DHI a extra €500 On 3500 grafts. Well worth it took longer but after todays wash some areas looking almost natural. mention this pal. A few guys were sitting next to me for the final 2 hour recovery check and wished they went for it. I have you to thank. Keep the channel up. The staff loved it so hope it really takes off. @@massiballa8282 I got it done man! 4,200 grafts total on my hairline + crown. It's been 6 days post op, looks like I wrestled a cactus and lost lol. Can't wait to see the results

@@folliclefreedomproductions6259 i found it through youtube. Mattdominance's video randomly popped up on my feed, so I watched it and was hooked. The price was very affordable and when I discovered it was in a legitimate hospital and not a private clinic, I just stuck with it.

Great video. Thanks for detailing your experience so thoroughly. I am currently researching for my own hair transplant in the near future and I have a couple of questions.
1) Do they separate the hair follicles by thickness during the removal procedure before implanting them in the top of the head ?
2) Do they use the thin hair follicles for the front of the hairline? - I heard this was required to provide a more nature look once results begin to grow.
3) When did they say you would expect to see results and will you do a follow up video?

Why did dr balwi didn't did your hair transplant??? And what will be the cost if he did hair transplant?
Did you have the sleep deep injections, i felt nothing and remember only little bits from the day due to the magical milky medicine . 😂
I also found Elithair were brilliant they picked up on a heart murmur on my pre op checks.
Going there this year, do you have any advise about prepping my head a week before I fly out, can't seem to find an English audio tutorial video.

Hi. I Just booked my transplant for next week at elithairtransplant and I Just saw some bad reviews. So im freakig out now. Then I listen your comment. Im so confused. So hard to know.

Where did you see the bad reviews and what reasons did they provide?
I have seen some bad reviews before but they seemed to focus on Dr. Balwi not performing the surgery or criticising his credentials as a doctor.
Most of the results i have seen have been what you would expect, successful. One of the patients who was also having surgery while i was there had gone back for a second time!
If the service they provide is so terrible, would you go back and let them do it again? I know i wouldn't...
My assumption about these bad reviews is that the hair transplant market in Turkey is a booming industry, and that leads to fierce competition. It's far easier to deal reputation damage to win your share in the market than it is to cut your prices and your profits to steal a share.
Of course, i say all of this whilst i am still awaiting my own end results, but if you want some reassurance, then go check out Matt Dominance if you haven't already. His youtube channel shows some great results with Dr. Balwi and the Elithairtransplant team :)
I also think this whole hair transplant thing is a game of two halves. The Doctor and the surgeons can successfully transplant your hair follicles, but if you don't take proper care of yourself or your surgery sites, you can waste your money and any opportunity of restoring your hair.
Additionally, if you were never a good candidate for a hair transplant in the first place, you can't expect them to work miracles, and you can't expect them to do it all in one surgery. Sometimes multiple surgeries are necessary.
I guess what I am trying to say is that there are many factors involved in the success of a hair transplant. You can't throw a few seeds in soil and expect a beautiful garden to emerge. This should be considered in the same way. Half of the job is up to them, but the other half is up to you, your care and attention, and your lifestyle choices.
Part of the reason for making this channel is to document my whole experience, good or bad, so that others can gain from my experience. The other reason I made this channel was to connect with people in a similar situation and help, so i'd love to hear your thoughts on what is worrying you, or even get some detail about what made these reviews bad.

@Ed terrible density also over harvesting . Those two things are the main things when getting a transplant . I know some people have gotten good results but I wouldn’t trust them to fix this transplant if they were going to do it for free.
@Ed no it’s been 2 years. I would recommend spending 9,000 Euro or on a hair transplant with a quality surgeon who does the procedure himself and focuses on one patient per day not like most of these Clinics who try and get as many people in through the door as possible. The main surgeon in these clinics just draws lines on your head and you get worked on by random surgeon.
