Hey my guy, I appreciate you. I am about to hit my first month on RUclips, there's so much to learn. I couldn't quite figure out why my rode wireless wasn't giving me good sound. I couldn't even pinpoint that it was coming out of one side until I saw this video. I just had a OMG YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME moment. Like others have said, game changer. For the content I am creating, good audio is pivotal in connecting with my viewers. Thank you brother.
Something else to mention is that if you are only getting audio our of 1 side even in merged mode, it's probably because you need to turn off the safety mode in the receiver settings on the app.
Ok so I did an hour video recording using this set. Everything was fully charged and turned on. Unfortunately the audio is unable to be used. My voice is clearly cutting out every 2 seconds but randomly. So some is 1 second then 3 seconds and etc. Like a flickering audio. It sounds like what a conversation on your cell phone with a really poor connection. Exactly like that. This was the entire recording over 1 hour. This is the first time this has ever happened in the short time I've owned this. Later testing and it's perfect. So now I have no idea what caused this and interference.

So if im doing vox pop interviews - and using 1 mic - ill just use merged mode yeah?
What about for 1 single mic? It still goes mono
