I have rheumatoid arthritis and need to do yoga, but have never found a practice that did not hurt so badly I never wanted to come back. You are AMAZING and your attention to therapy and restoring fits me to a tee. I also love the fact that I can practice at home and not be intimidated by all the 20-somethings at the gym who are twisted into pretzel shapes. 😁 I do your abs routine and am branching into your other videos. Great video with invigorating poses. I love all your videos that I've seen or practiced and have chosen yours as my "yoga of choice". I've been practicing them for couple months now and each time I feel stronger. I'm sort of a newbie but not ready for the harder poses yet. The one I've done mostly is the 15 minute morning routine. It's awesome despite the toughness of the plank pose. But I'm getting better and stronger with that one.

This beginning, gentle flow was exactly what I needed this morning. I really enjoyed taking the cat/cow postures on my forearms. My wrists don't hurt, but when I heard you suggest this modification for those whose wrist did hurt, I tried it. It brought a whole new comfort feeling to my upper shoulders, an area I seem to hold tension in. Can you explain to me why I spontaneously begin to cry? It still puzzles me??? Namaste, Brett. Crying happens in yoga, it s completely normal. Sometimes it is from stored emotions being released from the body. Other times it is just that we let our guard down as we practice and allow the emotions out then. I am so honored to be part of your practice 🙏💖

Hello! I have been using your videos to do yoga for about a month and a half now with morning routines for about 15-20 minutes after having an anxiety breakdown. I really enjoy your classes as they are easy to follow and are truly for beginners. I recently started doing this in the mornings to build up to a one hour class and I feel sore/a strong pull when doing the threaded twist. Is it normal to be sore, despite having done morning yoga for this amount of time?
It can take a long time to lengthen and strengthen the muscles. Getting sore is a normal part of the process, but if it is enough that it is really bothersome you might want to consult your doctor to be sure nothing is going on. Thank you so much for being here, wishing you the best 💖💖💖
