The family metaphor was brilliant. Now I understand why some managers are a failure. They don't understand the fiefdom of some overmanagers so prevalent in a micro managed narcissistic egotistical western world.

Once you have done this step, tap one person on the shoulder and ask them to bob down. ask those connected to that person to bob down. ask the next lot of people to bob down: this is an amazing and chiilling demonstration of system collapse as you take one species of plant or animal out of the system through extinction... how the system is so dependent on each other for survival.

It went ok. The end part was a bit confusing for them - the one where know person moved and then they had to adjust the triangles. But they got the point. :)
