I get 23 points too . I don’t track on the app any longer after I met goal but I do mentally. I eat eggs for breakfast, salad for lunch, and whatever for dinner. I’m down to 140 lbs. 🎉

I feel like with clean eating you still have to really count your calories. you could eat a handful of nuts but they are Loaded with calories. I gain weight very easily so I feel like every calorie counts for me

Hey Hailey, Happy Sunday. I haven’t had Starbucks in a long time but it sounds delicious. ❤ My birthday was this past Monday the 18th and I just now got my birthday gift from McDonald’s today. I couldn’t get the gift sooner because I was working all week along with dealing with a cold. I love eggs especially for breakfast they’re so good. ❤ I hope Miley sty gets better because I know they’re painful and uncomfortable. I love that you did your Q&A throughout the video instead of doing it one sitting because it makes your viewers more tuned in to the video and wondering when you will bring up another question. ❤ those cinnamon sugar tortillas look delicious I need to try some of those sometime soon. ❤

They've got the Just Bare chicken strips on sale at sam's (don't know how they compare to the nuggs) for $13. If you're looking at the freezer section they are on the left end cap of the furthest left freezer row near the trash bags.
I didn’t finish this video yet because I have to work 😂 but with the cinnamon sugar tortillas, I used to make them in the oven and I would make a fruit salsa to dip into! They were sooo good. Worth a try and with fruit being 0 points you could make it for very little points ❤

I get a rotisserie chicken every time I go to the store. For easy quick meals throughout the week. Also my daughter loves it by itself. I also make kfc famous bowls and we use the Bob evans potatoes too, but we use the already made popcorn chicken from Walmart 🤣 at least sometimes

Hi Hailey, I would like to add the reason I notice I'm not losing weight is because sometimes I'm taking in too much salt / sodium and that causes water weight gain... it's a battle !!! 😱

I love cooking and cooking from scratch but as i usually cook 2 or sometimes 3 different meals in the evening some days I just get fed up of being in the kitchen / cooking 😂😂

I think they default to adding their classic syrup, which is not sugar free.
