JERK & BBQ WHOLE PIG, JERK MACKRELL & JERK CONCH!! JAMAICA FOOD & TRAVEL!!

PART II of our visit to Spiritz of Montego Bay is a whole hog split in half. Half jerk, half bbq roasted on pimento leaves. They didn't hesitate to bring true authentic Jamaican flavors to the grill while bringing their own twist to traditional Jamaican Foods. They also made Jerk Mackrell which was a first for me along with Jerk Conch and Curry Goat head. The vibe and ambiance of this place is really quite cool from the man spearfishing by the dock to the stingrays gliding by it truly has an all round great vibe.
