This special Saturday Sizzle only happens ONCE a month at Pinchaz Bar and Grill, where Jamaican Jerk Champion Chef Andrew and his team cook up some of the best food on the island. We get to sample some champion level jerk chicken & pork, lobster escovitch, fried breadfruit, festival, curry conch, and some chicken foot cow skin turkey neck soup! Steppas, spinnas, baby toes?!

Everyone is praising the food (as they should, it's making my mouth water through the screen!) but I don't see any compliments for your interviewing skills! I liked how you asked interesting questions and got interesting answers, like where the name escovitch came from.
Everyone in the video is super knowledgeable about the food too and especially Matt knows how to communicate his thoughts clearly and concisely, probably from his experience in front of a camera. I loved Chef Andrew's advice: the love is the most important part of the food.

I could literally go to Jamaica for a week with close friends & my family. Have a good time enjoying the ocean & the forest & mountains the first 3 days, on the 4th day trip on mushrooms, on the 5th day have all these meals on the 6th day chill at Moko's, have the 7th day to soak it all in & I could die a happy person anytime after.

@@wamlartmuse2983 The greatest medicine along with a good few others all equally important....not just the magic ones you trip on either..reishi mushroom was considered the most important medicine in ancient China and only the Royal familys doctors where allowed too pick them...also chaga mushroom and plenty more all have extremely unique and still not fully understood benefits on your entire system as a whole 🍄🍄
@@jshaw4757 yeah it's crazy. Now that people are doing more research on mushrooms, they are finding out that a lot of edible mushrooms also have medicinal properties. It's been raining a whole lot recently 😉.
