I own a few Mayabi birchwood and black knives. Getting ready to do some sharpening. What grit gunny juice would recommend for a mirror finish? PS I use a TSPro Kadet pro sharkpening system
@@mikesamolsky4719 you should be able to have a decent mirror from the 1 micron. As you go lower in micron size the depth and clarity of the mirror gets better. But the 1 micron I believe you will be happy with

Big fan, Great product. Hear it is in late January 2024 and I cannot find what I want through any vendor. Looking for 3 micron in the 30 ml size, Whats the problem?
3 micron is here my labels haven’t showed up yet. Hopefully tomorrow. Logistics kills me sometimes. I know we shipped a bunch of stuff last week, but I would have to get to my office to see what shipped.
January is usually a very slow month. And December the factory closes most of the month. I am just getting some items I ordered at the beginning of December. Then we had a ton of orders come in at the end of December and January. Usually things are dead right now and they pick back up at the end of February or beginning of March until mid May. Then things die until Blade Show Atlanta. The summer slows down until mid August or early September. Generally September is my biggest month. The peak times are changing and becoming more random so I am trying to navigate the new trends. Unfortunately being a mom and pop show I can’t afford to sit on too much inventory at once. We’re continually restructuring things to be in a better position to be ready for the fluctuations in business. I have been hitting the automotive industry such as carwashes and detail shops to sell my Gunny Glow “The World’s First Smart Cleaner”. Here’s my website that covers product information and dealer list. It’s time to update the website and add dealers, but the ones one there usually order from me fairly regularly. Hopefully my labels are done before the weekend is out. Again I appreciate your support. As I restructure things I am slowly putting things in place to speed up the process and to stock more inventory
Yeah it's good, but it's Very expensive,, there are products on the market, which are just as good, (if not better) at a much more reasonable cost,, (imho)..
I have a toolbox filled with diamond compounds, emulsion, waxes. K Schwartz was the only one close to gunny juice in performance. Venev/gritomatic has some decent cheaper alternatives but you're definitely not going to get the same consistency and performance. It's expensive but well worth it imo. You get what you pay for
In independent testing this beat out the closest competitors by at least 2 to 1 in performance. I challenge anyone to do a side by side test comparison with anything on the market. Yes it’s expensive. It’s expensive to make. I have the tightest abrasive particle specs in the business. My margins on this product are low. Checkout @neveradullmoment. There’s a video comparing this with other products.
