The demonstration provided is so useful, I must confess even as a teenager I never knew these things and sometimes asking your mom or sister you feel shy. This is a educational video for girls. Yeah, we are all used to watching the colour red so blood for women it's natural you have a period you bleed when you give birth you bleed.. Does it really matter with the thumbnail? No it doesn't. Checkout other RUclipsr's thumbnail man. It's normal. The video is about periods so the thumbnail is perfect for it. we all get periods so stop acting like you have seen red stain for the first time on a pad.
Thank you for this, very useful tips and hacks! Just a suggestion, when you DIY the pad from tissue paper, after covering the underwear squeeze it with your hand so that it stays in place better. This works for me when I am out and my pad is full but I don't have another one - I make a pad from tissues like this.
