No sodas ( makes your cramps hurt more.)

Well I’ve actually tried that heating pack before. I filled an old sock with raw rice and microwaved it for like 30 seconds and it became hot but it’s never caught on fire before. Maybe it’s just your microwave? 🤷🏻♀️
