  • A DRIVERS VIEW OF THE PRIORITY BUS ROUTE BETWEEN PORT OF SPAIN AND ARIMA
HOW MANY PEOPLE TRAVEL ALONG THE PRIORITY BUS ROUTE EACH DAY WITHOUT KNOWING THAT IT WAS ONCE THE COURSE OF THE 1876 TRINIDAD GOVERNMENT RAILWAY LINE TO ARIMA?
In 2016 I had the opportunity to travel the full length of the Priority Bus Route between Port of Spain and Arima.
Since that time, I have made several trips, over the last five years, each time taking video footage along with my own narration highlighting historic aspect of the route.
In this video I have shot footage over the full length of the Bus Route between Port of Spain and Arima.
I have included narration and interjected archive photographs and cine footage of the railway, trains and stations at the appropriate points all along the line.
Thanks to my friend Martin Singh and his maxi taxi 'God's Mercy' for taking me on this journey back in time.

Mr Beadon,,, This is truly a gem of a video sir....I thank you much for the yesteryear pictures of the beautiful trains we had back then..
This video should be in the school curriculum...for our history is where the youths of today may well appreciate what we had and where we came from,,, our forefathers may have a great part to play in this history...
Your commentary on the whole on the journey to Arima and the window views of all the Old and famous structures are incredible.. Simply beautiful!!!.
I'm a lover of History..and can't wait to start my Bus rides across Trinidad with my TTARP CARD...
God Bless someone as special as you...FOR YOUR GREAT WORKS.🤗🤗🤗😍🏚🏚🏡🏡🏠🏠🏤🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🎶🎵🎶🎶🎼💞💞😸

Some of the areas needs to have traffic lights to make is safer for all not only the buses but people who crosses , putting the lines to make them know it is a crosswalk. It is nice that you are giving a your of the buds routes .Great job On RUclips Glen I am follower of RUclips

When I was young I used to say, "bus terminus!"
I'm old enough to remember the wooden walkover outside City Gate!
This country sweet too bad! If only some citizens would appreciate it more.😢

Mr Beadon this country owes you a huge debt of gratitude for hilighting our railway system, which seems purposely left out historically I guess because of the fear of it being too enlightening to citizens.
