There is a lot of literature on(if you are interested) that ADHD is often a misdiagnosis or there is an over diagnosis with these conditions. In that sense, all human beings fall somewhere in this spectrum so does that mean everyone is neurodivergent? And she talks about how people who are in the spectrum are able to pick up on others who have it too. I mean, the first indicator or symptom of neurodivergence is usually lack of social skills and not being able to pick up cues. So, there is definitely a research based scientific conversation that needs to happen. The comments section proves it. After watching this every comment says i think i have it too. Maybe you do maybe you don’t, but you don’t get to make that diagnosis.

I think about my situation and then I think about people from lesser social status to have to live with a condition life long. Not being able to achieve in par with one's talents, but always knowing you have the potential. Rich people can make up in other ways. In India we see more of mentally unhealthy people than healthy one's if you observe. And I personally believe that as there is a growing awareness among people about these things, people's ego winning over the reality and many are not willing to work on it and change. To those wondering if you are a neurodivergent : Its a spectrum. You could show mild , low to strong characteristics. It varies from person to person. That's why it is difficult to diagnose or realise, along with lack of awareness. If you want to clarify, you need to consult a doctor. Its a genetic condition, so there isn't exactly a cure. The series " Atypical" isn't perfect but it did a good job in showing the life of an autistic person in my opinion.

But somehow I dont have stage fear I do find it calming when I am at a stage but cant talk in a group of people.
I can really relate to this sensory issue. I too need prep time before taking a bath. And I am feeling more pain whenever I have to take injections at hospitals. No one around understand this thing.
Forgetting is the next thing. Its like I know something but cant make it to a sentence. Sometimes its very overwhelming because I cant be at peace till I find that word.
Nowadays music is the only thing making me somewhat ok. Thats the thing i use to charge me.
This journey is tough but not impossible ❤

Exercise and routine in life makes ADHD people more comfortable...
Engane routine create cheyya ? Please can you make a video about this ....njn nallonam struggle cheyyunnund routine create cheyyan..

Kettu kazhinjappo ella preshnavum enikkund, Am I neuro divergent?
I am taking ADHD MEDICATION TAB ADDWIZ,But now a days all are misinterpreting and saying eveyone having ADHD.See its a childhood disorder so you need strong history of childhood to diagnose
How did you diagnose?
Therapist or psychiatrist?
Like did you get diagnosed by a therapist and was later referred to the psychiatrist or did the psychiatrist itself diagnose you?
@AnandA2155 NO .THERAPIST CANT DIAGNOSE ,ITS SHOULD BE PSYCHIATRIST
@@rakshakarthav Oh shit. Oh shit.
Dude... I'm so dumb. Someone told me that a psychiatrist will only act on the diagnosis made by a therapist. I've wasted time on 4 therapists and finally gave up on this.
You can look at the pinned comment to see what I'm going through.
I guess I'll go to a psychiatrist then..
@@AnandA2155 yeah it's more allign with ADHD(pinned comment) I also facing almost same from childhood and i really didn't consider ADHD then I got the insight
@@AnandA2155 I am a doctor also and in adult stage therepy can't do anything
How to diagnose if i am neuro divergent
I hav most of the symptoms u mentioned.
Please please reply
I dont know what catagory I am.
But..
The train of thougts is so fast.. you feel like everyting happening around is so slow.
There is not a single conversation in my life where i try not to finish the sentence for the other person.
Another funny thing is since your thoughts are so fast you skip a lot of things saying out loud in a conversation and leaving the opposite person super clueless. For that reason I only have few friends :D.
My youtube is always on 2x.
And many more..
Now i try to take everything slow.. its hard..but its ok..😂

Why r u making ur life so difficult thinking too much of ur behaviors.. I feel each and every person has their own pattern of dealing and being themselves. Thinking more abt it and channeling it the way it is now might make it convincing to u, but it's so complicated when u have to keep on convincing it urself
