Yako I’m glad you felt more relaxed and more motivated today your passion for riding came across very well keep up the tuff challenge the best you can cheers jim
Always interesting to hear the local history. You worried me going downhill that fast one handed. Good to also be talking about mental health, especially with mental health awareness month coming up soon.
I feel terribly indulgent watching you puffing up those hills while siting in my armchair. Well done, your dedication is apparent. When do we get to see the new goats?
Glad you enjoyed it. I was intrigued by your RUclips handle so I went to look. Simply incredible what you have/are achieving Steve. Utterly inspirational. You must be giving so many people hope. Superb stuff mate.
@@yakoridesagain Ah thanks Yako . You’v had your own problems and come through the other side I know mate 🙌. Just got to carry on and cycling was my passion before so it’s my saviour even though that’s how I was paralysed lol . . Keep the videos coming mate much appreciated
Well done excellent informative and picturesque ride. I know what you mean about depression since I've had a problem with my back I April two of my vertebrae have moved back and trapping a nerve waiting for an operation from riding minimum of 50km every day to 5 minutes on the indoor trainer is certainly affecting my mental health but trying to stay positive. Excellent ride enjoy the rest of your day
ouch Terry! I know how painful that is, I also have had a couple of ops for spinal problems and how low it can make you feel. I’m positive your op will be as successful as mine and you’ll be back on your bike in no time. Good luck.
Wow, your speed has increased enormously no vehicle is safe, overtaking everything in site. When did Orbea bring out a motor bike? I think the hand removal story was the first video I saw. Then went back and watched the earlier ones. Nice ride, if you had the dosh, that Trapist monk place could be beautiful if renovated. Thank you again for the entertainment take the rest of the day of.
That grape combine harvester had no chance! Yes, there are so many wonderful buildings out here falling down. I’d love to restore more of them, but I think that’s me done for such endeavours! Thanks Ricardo!
I hadn’t planned for it to be a whole video, just a few clips to include in last week’s vid (which closed with the hand). Please be assured that the hand will be used wherever possible, with regard to health and safety regulations.

Interesting. A little disappointed with the fade out and not the hand.
