    Recipe and ingredients:
    Pour 450 ml of warm water into the bowl.
    2 tablespoons of sugar.
    Add 14 grams of dry yeast.

    Leave for 10-15 minutes until a fluffy foam is formed.

    Sift another 450 grams of wheat flour.
    2 teaspoons of salt.
    Mix all ingredients gently.
    Knead the dough until it becomes smooth.
    40 ml olive oil.
    First, add only 20 ml of olive oil.
    Mix the butter and dough thoroughly.
    Knead until the dough stops sticking to your hands.
    Cover the dough.
    Set the dough aside in a warm place for 45 minutes until it doubles in volume.
