This song and video are about refusing to sell your soul and the struggle that comes with being alone as a consequence. The symbolism is also quite telling. Being corrupted and pressured, then coming to your senses and trying to escape. Only to find yourself back in it again.
@@Kyleeurbestie ditto! I went through a really dark period at the exact same time. This song and several others from bilmuri was the bitter sweet soundtrack to it.
Yes, I just got turned on to them. My Son just went to see them in Virginia. Awesome sound. And I didn't know they play, the Soundtrack to the Stranger things, Series. They definitely r on 🔥. And Rock it 💯, 🤘
Johnny Franck Productions next music video, please pick up a guitar from the floor and hard strum it once in the crabcore stance just to throw that in for old time sake please :3 touch my heart
Johnny Franck Productions also, Johnny, you hugged me in San Antonio TX once and told me to become who I destined myself to be. I'm alive, thanks to you :)

Can we please talk about how beautifully the video was edited? How his eyes are completely black in the first half of each verse and the whites return in the second half -- coinciding with the movement of the music, as tension builds. And in the second half of the second verse his face and part of his arms become just slightly more saturated in color. So, so good.

I've been listening to Bilmuri for like 6 months and i had absolutely no idea you were the vocalist, mad props, blew my mind this is the voice behind stick stickly haha
Zack Cochran it is but Johnny was the clean vocalist. Caleb took Austin’s place for the heavy vocals after their some day came suddenly album... then Johnny left the band to focus on himself and his music (if I remember correctly) then Caleb did the clean vocals after that too.
your screams are on par with sam carter from architects, insane. not to mention i've loved your cleans since attack attack! was a thing. this song is just crazy good. love it.
Was watching How Attack Attack changed the game from The Punk Rock MBA from Finn Mckhenty. He shouted out this band with Major props. And this is amazing man. Absolutely incredible. I hope this gets a little more traction
This the first band i've heard in a long time that feels very focused on the song and less about doing things for the sake of doing them. Couldn't be more inspired and happy i found you guys. The fact that its Johnny from AA! is just icing on the cake. Hope to see you guys tour and play FL, would love to see or share the stage with you dudes! Keep up the awesome music!
I have listened to this song so many times that every last one of my rap loyal friends know every word. The first time I heard it, I immediately stopped what I was doing to devote my full attention to taking in every last detail of its brilliance. It never gets old.
It took me about one minute to understand why everyone's smiling so much. Love the concept :-D The atmosphere in this video totally fits with the beautiful yet dark riffs. Also quite impressed by the great vocals. Plus, it's the first time I can see someone using the Schecter Hollywood Classic in a video :-D I'm using this guitar for almost 10 years now and I totally love it :-) Well done! :-) Greetings from Luxembourg
As part of my daily ritual I've returned to this absolute banger. Only this time I'm leaving a comment! Love ya, Johnny/Bilmuri. Your music has been with me since Someday came Suddenly back in 2008/2009 and will be with me until I'm gone
so does anyone hear a bit of “In The Waiting Line” by Zero 7? as soon as i heard this song, i felt like the melody was hauntingly familiar. both are great songs! just wonder if anyone is able to confirm similar chord progressions or whatever…..
I remember seeing his video talking about why he was leaving attack attack. He said he was going to make music still, but I never heard anything after that. I'm only now finding out that hes been making music for a while now....better late than never!
I'm so happy you're still making music LEGEND I finally found you! Loved your vocals in Attack Attack! I love how you also bring in your old elements of attack attack! Your voice has always been so powerful with your screams and you're melodic angelic voice.. you still are looking good, like you've NOT AGED A DAY !!! best song by far on this album
I listened to you from the Attack Attack! days, but I just found out about Bilmuri a few months ago and I have to say you are by far my favorite band at the moment... I haven't heard any other band quite as addicting as Bilmuri in a loooooooooong time lol. Soooo many good songs...I pretty much listen to you daily. Keep up the awesome work! I hope you guys come out with some more new stuff soon!!
Wait this is Johnny Franck, The Johnny Frank from Attack Attack!?

Most underrated Bilmuri song
And the BEST Bilmuri song

Seriously! This one, and teal hit so hard
This song got me through a rough time 5 or so years back. So deep and haunting. I still to this day feel so heavy when I hear it, but in a good way.

Im a huge fan of pretty much every Bilmuri song, but this one just hits harder. You can tell there is a lot of feeling behind it
He Is Legend and Thrice are the two bands for me that have stood the test of time I've consistently listened to. Incredible.
