I just had an exam on the 24th of October. Everything these young people are saying is absolutely on point. The examiner asked those exact questions almost in the exact order. I was prepared and straightforward. Hopefully I will be in the Hundo Club real soon!
The major issue is the VA giving more weight to a C&P examiner who has never met you before and will never meet you again than your own treating Dr. That is just completely illogical.
I have my depression exam coming up Oct 30th after 11 months of first filing my claims. My depression is pretty bad, caused me a lot of issues in my life, hopefully the doctor will be understanding to listen to them. Thank you for making this video.
The one thing we VETERANS do right WE VETERANS CREATE a lot of GOOD PAYING JOBS for People if nothing else come from ""THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE"greetings.We VETERANS help a lot of people DIRECTLY or INDIRECTLY with our large group of men and women who serve this country.
QTC sent me a letter saying I couldn't bring anyone in the building unless it was for a medical reason like needing someone to push a wheel chair ect. So I guess some don't allow you to bring anyone
I always wondered or no. If the VA had a duty give the C&P examiner. My military medical records.. I had C& P exam in 1983. And the VA didn't give the examiner my military medical records. And the examiner still determined that my Psychiatric condition happen in the military and the VA turned around and said he was entitled to an opinion. Now that's what you call a rig system

....and? If you have it diagnosed by your regular doctor, it should be fairly straight-forward for you I would think?

When i got my c & p she said at the end that my symptoms lead towards major depression thats all she said

If you are it's 70 - 100% but yes there are lower ratings than that
