I've been gorwing my own mushrooms for about 4 months now they more on the magical side, been watching all the videos available, but your companies passion and your vast knowledge is incredible and its a treat to recieve a notification to watch your uploads. Your a great teacher and I appreciate your contagious love for mycology thank you my dream would be to start a small scale mushroom farm of my own for my small city.
I don't even like mushrooms, but this guy is interesting as can be.

Although I’m no where near mike, i run a mushroom business, what I do with spent sub is pile it all in my compost bin and after x amount of subs I rehydrate, PC, and ultimately Re-use the substrate

On NPR they were talking about how white truffles are near impossible to grow in lab conditions. I feel like if a mushroom company figures that out they become the willy wonka of mushrooms.

You seem like the guy who could CRACK morels farmed. Like really tasty ones like ones that grow in my yard every year. They r holy grail i.m.o. and i can get em for year sometimes twice yearly. But growing to eat? Ive never seen it done sucessfully commercially or semi commercially. Big market freeze drying the ones here in midwest and selling. But they are not same as fresh fried morels

be careful as some are not edible. I got good recommendations and guideline on psychedelic from mycozabo 🆙⬆️👆. He sells and also grows…..🆙⬆️💯
I'd be curious to know what you do with all of the used bags. Seems like a hugely wasteful/environmentally intensive way of growing if the plastic is single use and goes straight to a landfill.
