Thank you so much for taking the time to do these videos. I do so enjoy seeing all that goes into producing the beautiful mushrooms you grow there. Also, you do a wonderful job in explaining all that goes on in the different processes. Thanks again!
Awesome video!! Would love to see more of you're whole crew working together! So wholesome.
I’m glad his work and passion, what he has established is being recognized.
I just love watching your videos, thanks for sharing your life's passion... I was never into mushrooms (don't like the texture in my mouth) but you caught me GOOD when in a video you mentioned putting them into bread... I'm deeply into making sourdough bread and I'm ALWAYS on the hunt for variations to recipes for my clients or just to try out something new 🤗... again thanks soooooo much and lots of love from Trinidad and Tobago 🥰
I finally saw you really smile. This video was full of life. Thank you h uploaded, it was really good to see.
OMG. Just watching from germany and love the spirit of all da dies.
We are currently starting a mushroom farm in Denmark and we really love your videos! Now looking for a cement mixer!

You rock. Tight work!
Super appreciate sharing your POV, respect
I love these videos so much. You have inspired me Mike! I hope to one day build up to an operation like this. So cool seeing how things work there. Thank you!
Keep making the videos. We just like to see you do your thing. Thanks for the content brother
What an awesome work environment!!
For anyone who is wondering what they use as a funnel when bottling.
You have to look for a suction hood, which you can find at Ventilation accessories or welding accessories.
There are different sizes and shapes.
Just look for duct reducers at Home Depot or Lowes. Most will be round at top but they may have some 'transition' pieces as well to go from square to round. Self tapping screw into some pvc and you're set.
Giving me hope to be able to start a business someday. Thanks for the content homie!
Thanks for the tour... I used to have a cement mixer for mixing soils... sold it when I moved... Now I have another reason to get a new one.. lol :) cheers!
Thank you for the humble knowledge
ha I always like to see how other people do the mundane parts of mushroom production. makes me appreciate my mixer and bagger, and makes me want to do a batch for once in my life, thought I'm jelly you have access to soyhulls
Omg I love these videos!
Very interesting to see this process
Very wholesome team :)

I am making one of my own thanks brother , goals
And I thought it was all about keeping them in the dark and feeding them bulls**t 🤣🤣🤣
I love these videos and the way Mike describes the processes ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
What a nice boss
Sweet
I’d give up everything to move to AZ and work with this team.
Bro idk if you’ll ever see this comment but you used to come into my place of work for Cheese Veggie sandwiches all the time.. I’m a blonde dude with glasses. I was just scrolling through my RUclips feed and recognized you immediately. Stoked to see you’re killin it bro!
I love hearing about your original process before moving into a warehouse. Did you use a normal pressure cooker to sterilize the 10lb plastic bags? How much did it cost to upgrade to the industrial sterilizer that you're using now??
Wholesome A F!
I live in Michigan but this lowkey makes me want to move, lol. Looks like a great place to work/great team! I'll be working on starting some lion's mane on my own soon at least - thanks in large part to these videos too I might add!
Loving all the videos that you-guys are sharing, thank you!! What is the exact size of the bags that you use?
2 views 5 comments hm anyway - blessings from Chicago - great spirit and video
I really dig your setup and everything brother. I would advise some extra precautions be paid with your mixing situation however. Homie with the long hair there or anyone with loose clothing or just hands and arms could easily get caught in the agitator and have real issues in fractions of a second. A lid with a trough in it for filling kind of thing might save an arm or a life.
Good
Michael, please give a shout out to your hard working crew. They are dedicated, or so it seems.
Ya'll should add some sort of guard to the top of mixer or a emergency shut off thats close by in case someone gets pulled into the machine
The HVAC with the PVC as funnels, is genius
@3:50 mark, you need 36” clearance for the “knife” or breaker disconnect for the sawdust/water mixer, mounted on the wall. The table and scale presently located there will prohibit an emergency shut off.
Cool stuff!
Do you think magnets would help keep the rim of the bags lined up with the metal chute while filling? Nice use of air duct metal and PVC XD
Great work! Do you use that horizontal autoclave (model STS-1) 6:00 and is it worth it?
Wish you were my neighbour. I would take that mushroomcompost right of you hand 😍
Love that bag filling rig! Where do you get the triple elbows at? I've never seen them at H.D.
Hi Mike.. Really a good job Man. Planning to start one on small scale in India. Do you supply spawn?
I come for the A-1 mushroom content.
Very knowledgeable .. with your knowledge what can you tell some of us about morel mushrooms .. and if you've ever talked about them can you point me towards the video .. please and thanks ..
Awesome video! Are you sterilizing your substrate and not pasteurizing? If so why or why not?
Hello Mike from Ireland. I'm a big fan of your videos. I am hoping to ask you a question about the hydro tents you use. Do you have water run onto the floor from condensation on the walls of the tent due to the high humidity environment? Or are the tent floors also waterproof and not just reliant on the WP floor insert that usually comes with hydro tents? Thanks for all your inspirational videos
It seems I have the same issue in Ireland, with condensation.
In his cleaning video he references how, why and humidity of the tents, the brand is Gorilla Grow afaik.
Moved the mixer I think. just got done watching video of the mixing you did solo
Amazing work! Where do you source your soybean hulls? I can't seem to find any vendors in the Southwest.
My grain spawn comes today :)
I was doing some research on moisture content and some web sites say it should be 50% to 70%, which seems like a large range. I did a batch recently where it was close to 70% and I still couldn't squeeze any water out. Does it matter the type of substrate in terms of what field capacity might be? Also do certain mushrooms like more or less moisture? Thanks
I just found out about the medicinal use of lions mane mushrooms. I want start growing some for my personal use. Can I use oak substrate blocks to grow them or another hardwood?
I found a Lions mane growing in the woods on a dead tree. Can I take it and use to start growing on a block?
Thanks for the video but I have a question. What do you do with those bags when they are already harvested? Do you just throw them away or recycle?
Could you link where you get your growbags from? 😊
I've been researching and looking to see how many,if anyone grows in my area. No-one close. So what tips would you give me to get started? I'm so interested in starting my own business
I would love to work here
A place I would literally pay to work at.
anyone know where to find the metal part of the funnel used to make scooping into bags easier? UK based
Homie has a mycological black belt.
I would be interested to learn if you can recycle your substrate after the the final blooms? In other words, what happens to the substrate after it is used?
Hey Michael, I am in Brazil, we do not have Oak, birchwood, or any of the woods you guys use. We have eucalyptus, hay and soybean hulls as waste, what do you know about eucalyptus sawdust?
You had masters in mycology
How much are the oak pellets?
I'm thinking of entering the shiitake business in a couple of years, but so far, hardwood pellets seem to be prohibitively expensive...
Can you tell more about humidifer machine? How to assemble a similar one?
❤️🍄💪❤️🍄💪❤️🍄💪❤️🍄💪
What size bags are those for the 10 pound blocks
Whats the hvac duct piece for filling bags called? I tried finding it at the home depot and no luck
how do you source your wood? i almost want to run micro trees, to plane them, the give the microbes to the spot to break down the dense roots. at least you know its a clean as your standards are before you autoclave or pressure cook whatever, i do want reshi.
Dude, what about the sterilizer, can you give us a run down? How did you build that? Looks cool af.
It's an industrial steam sterilizer. It costs a few thousand bucks
where do you buy your block foliage bags?
Bro that metal pice u use in your bagfuller wht its is???
If using a pressure cooker can you still fold the bags under like that or will they puff up and explode?
Yes they'll be good
How many blocks fit in sterilizer?
