Refreshing to see dials on a smart watch instead of digital and square case

Again, a very good review. You seem to put a lot of time and effort in these pal

Nice review. I'll see next week how it is "in person". I hope this watch can wean me of my Garmin watches.

I got the watch and it really nice. It looks gorgeous and the thickness is just right. My Garmin Vivomove Style has been banished to the drawer. It does not feel or look like a smartwatch, which I really like.

I've had a previous version, but I had to charge it at times. Have you had to charge it at all?

I didn't have it long enough to find out, but I have heard stories of having to recharge it at times. I guess if you don't wear it for long time time, then naturally it'll die.

Great video. It appears that you did your walk as general activity and not as a dedicated workout. Can you open the app and check your distance covered while in a workout? For example, if you’re doing a walk as a workout can you periodically check your progress while still in the workout or do you have to wait until the workout is complete?

Hi, thanks. I don't actually have the watch or app anymore but, if I recall correctly, you can see progress in terms of distance covered in the app. I remember as, when I did this review, I often cross referenced this against Mapmywalk to see accurance. The sub dial at the bottom of the watch too gives you a progress indicator against your target that you pre-set on the app.

Really liking the look of this but my hesitation is the price. Seems very pricey.

Agree is it on the expensive side. I think it's is a massive considered purchase

They have a summer sale right now. The onix black is CHF 299 instead of CHF 499.
