Old Fashioned Corn Pudding

  • Corn, corn pudding, southern, American, satisfying, delicious, comfort foods
    • 1 can of whole kernel corn (drain)
    • 2 can of cream corn
    • 5 eggs
    • 1/3 or 1/2 Cup of Sugar
    • 4 Tablespoons of cornstarch
    • 1 teaspoons of vanilla extract
    • 1/2 Cup of heavy whipping Cream
    • 1 stick of melted butter
    • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
    Whisk together ingredients, pour into baking dish. 400 degrees for 45 mins. Let it stand for 5-10 mins. Enjoy!

    I notice the recipe says to drain the corn, but I'm pretty sure you added the liquid on the video. Am I mistaken?

    I don't use vanilla, but I do add cinnamon, nutmeg, and ground gloves. Yours looks fantastic. Love the texture.

    Reminds me of sweet tamales(made out of corn masa) so delicious but it is
    quite time consuming. Gonna try them!💖

    I couldnt see what temp and time was needed to bake this recipe. Can you help me out please?
