This is a High Definition re-upload. This footage is too awesome to settle for anything less! Location: Chateau Ste Michelle Winery in Woodinville, WA. I finally went to see my favorite drummer Ringo Starr with an incredible band of legendary musicians (Edgar Winter, Steve Lukather, Gregg Bissonette, Hamish Stuart, Colin Hay and Warren Ham). Since the very first concert I attended (Elton John in 1975) I've seen pretty much all my favorite bands and artists several times. But I had always wanted to see Ringo. I had no idea what a cool experience it would be to watch him do what he loves most; playing with a great band. It certainly helped that I was 5 rows from the front! What a blast to see such a fantastic group of musicians having such a great time playing with each other; and one of their musical heroes. I'll never forget it.

I know it’s incredible! Watching Ringo run on stage and off again made my back hurt 😆. It’s interesting that Ringo started life with so many health problems; but in his 80s, he’s incredibly spry and healthy. Thanks for watching!

Me too! I was so blown away to watch them play “Frankenstein”. I’ve loved that track since I was a kid and watching him play at live. Just blew my mind!
I love that comment at the beginning of Matchbox about him not looking 82. It's impressive how far he has come since his alcoholism days of the 70s and 80s. I remember seeing him in 2011, I went with my mom, she never cared for his music, and even she was impressed when he started doing those jumping jacks at the end of A Little Help From My Friends. The man is in fantastic shape.
Yes, I totally agree. It was kind of trippy to see him up so close. He was so spry. Every time he came on stage he would run; and every time he left the stage he would run. Pretty amazing. Thanks for watching!

Was a mailman in the 70s and everytime i delivered downtown Bev Hills id keep a lookout for Ringo at the cafe he went to eat at .. dont ask me what id say if i saw him , maybe i could have had him autograph my leather mailbag .. those were the days , but wasnt lucky like the mailman whos route that was.
