You only have one father and mother . I do not regret one second caring for my father and mother . I miss them daily. They were my darlings, both of them . Money and jobs mean nothing all can be replaced, but parents are never replaceable. Enjoy your parents and treasure them .

This is true old school style where children take care of their parents instead of just tossing them aside and throwing them in any kine nursing home.

So true! My mom had a short-term stay at a nursing home after a hospitalization. We both hated it. 🙁
