Ok, this question needs to be debate ! Do you guys brush your teeth before OR after the breakfast ? The first thing I do after waking up is to brush my teeth. I can't talk to anyone or eat anything before that because, I mean, everyone has a bad smell in the mouth in the morning due to the stagnation of the saliva during all night and all. And I know, some of you will tell me it should be after breakfast coz you eat something... but let's say I brush my teeth right after the breakfast, ok they're clean now, but they won't stay that way at the moment I start eating anything else between the breakfast time and the lunch time...so ?

Hahha i totally get where your'e coming from... BUT. The first thing I do is drink a very concentrated, big glass, of water with squeezed lemon in it, which kind of feels like you brushed your teeth lol. + most of the time I gurle first with that and spit it out.
But Usually I brush my teeth after breakfast and everything, because else I have the feeling my whole breakfast is still in my mouth. What a lovely conversation is this hahaha! No but seriously, I don't talk/eat/do anything before I have my water with lemon first before continuing my whole morning. So hope you have a good answer in this hihi! Thanks xx ❤ ❤
Hummm, you have good point with the water with lemon. ahahah In fact, that a lovely conversation ahaha I think we can come with a compromise if we brush our teeth first then eat breakfast and then drink a water with lemon. Maybe ? I don't know ahahah Thanks again for the reply ;)
